    Out of state buyer who had a car shipped from them, which arrived long after estimated time of arrival. Couldn’t keep track of vehicle as it was... traveling across country. Vehicle was dirty with water spots after paying for closed covered transport as well as car being detailed before it left the dealership (for an additional charge). Vehicle also came with a failing starter, dealership didn’t want to pay purchasers state rate, was told they would only cover 1/3 of cost for a new starter. Totally unhappy out of state buyer. Would not buy from them again.

    Went through a website and located a Jeep I was VERY interested in. Asked them a question in regards to an accident report and they just blew it off meaning... either they could care less or couldn't get info. If a car has a CARFAX that says there was an accident reported, it's fairly important to know how bad the damage was to let the customer know. Either way they lost my business.

    I contacted Law Auto Group to see if the 2008 Rav4 listed on their site was still available. A representative, Adam, responded to my inquiry within an... hour. Adam made the car buying process fast and easy.

    I purchased a BMW X5 2012 from this dealer and when it came after get it off the Truck the car was missing the Manual which they advertise it that will... come with the car and missing Cargo Trunk Cover, plus lots of scratch on top and leather dirty, handle on right side scraped and the main problem was that Check Engine light turn on, I called them and talk with Steve , he sent me to a cheap shop who erase the code which turned on after 25 miles, after few days of calls I had a deal which was I am fixing the problem and they buy me 2 accessories in value of $1000 ( to fix my car need it more then that NOx Sensor plus more other faults, after 2 months they shipped me a trunk cargo cover which is gray instead of black, and one accessory purchased from eBay $120, they are such BEAUTIFUL LIARS...

    Very easy to work with, more than willing to accommodate my needs and agreed to a fair price. Harris is a straight shooter, very friendly, no smoke and... mirrors to make the experience as smooth as possible. He even took time on a sunday afternoon to personally deliver our 2011 Buick Enclave. We had one small issue with the NAV DVD not reading properly and Harris promptly sent us a new DVD for the unit... Thanks again Harris!

    My Mercedes Benz Car recently suffered a dent on the front part of the car. I reported to the dealer from where I bought the car and I was directed to... LAW Auto Werks. I brought the car to the workshop and I was given appointment the next day by Johnny. I brought the car to the workshop the next morning and the repairs were carried out within the same day. I am highly impressed by the quality of services I received in repairing the dent on the front my Mercedes Benz car. With the quality of repairs it is difficult to recognize that there was a dent on the car. Prior to visiting you auto shop, I was afraid of what I might cost me to effect the repairs. I must confess that the fee for the job was quite moderate and the promptness and neatness of the work was quite impressive. I will most certainly recommend friends and relatives to Law Auto Body Werks in the future. Keep the good works going and God will reward you abundantly.

    I just bought my 2014 cayenne porche from law auto group and I am very happy with my car. It has everything I was looking for. Frances was very knowledgeable... and accommodating to my needs. She explained each step of the way with great detail and was available when I needed her. I think ultimately that's why I feel so confident about my car, if you're coming here for a car go to her!

    Where to begin. Salesman was great in communicating throughout the process. Not really his fault. But everything else. First, had a headlight out I requested... fixed 4 days prior to pick up, didn't get done. Had a bumper that had agreed on re painting prior to delivery, was supposed to be done on Saturday. I sent my drivers on a 12 hour round trip from Kentucky to Chicago to pick up the car on Monday. Surprise, upon arrival they had to wait another 6 hours for the bumper to be done. So much for having the bumper done by Saturday. I was assured the car was serviced. Now, 48 hours into owning this vehicle, I'm stuck with an 1,850 dollar repair bill for 3 bent rims, a total brake job, rotors and pads front and rear, every cabin filter filthy dirty, one of the two remote robs is broken completely, and those are another 175 dollars for replacement on top, as well as needing a simple oil change. The part about "serviced" must have been oversighted. Nonetheless, after paying my 2 drivers an extra 270 dollars in transport for the time they had to wait on Monday for the vehicle to be repaired and between the key fob and all the other safety concerns adding up to just over 2,000 dollars, I still cannot drive the vehicle and got no help from management for costs. Sadly, will never be returning with any thoughts of purchasing a vehicle there. Ever. No service. The salesman did his job as best he could, but beyond that, nothing was done right or on time, and now I'm out well over 2,000 dollars with no help on these costs from the management or ownership group. Stay away.
