    Everything started with our sales lady, Jessica (sorry I don't remember her last name). She worked with us to find the car that had everything on it that we wanted in the color that we liked. We love our new 2017 Sienna! She has remained in contact to remind us when we needed to bring it in for it's 1st service. Today was the day. I had called ahead and left a message for her that I had some features that I was ready to learn more about. She saw me drive up and came right out, even before I had a chance to get inside. Everything went perfect with the service and they were very fast with it. I am so happy that we went to Tony Divino. I will recommend the dealership and our most capable sales lady.

    the one thing that I just can't stand is being lied to. this dealer is honest and the prices are very good. now you might be able to save a few bucks somewhere else but this place is clean, professional and trustworthy. the repairs are completed on time and done correctly. I failed the brake safety test and took it to Tony Divino for repairs. they took all 4 tires off, inspected the brake system and put it back together and gave me the keys, a letter of inspiration and I asked what is the bad news, and was told that there was no charge since they did not do any work. Now that's the way to get my future business because when they tell me that something needs to be repaired, I don't even ask the price because honest is good enough for me and quality repairs are worth the price. ps: I am 61 years old and know what things cost and I have never been surprised at this dealer. they are great.

    Bought a 2015 Sienna in Oct 2015 from Rob Hansen. No sales pressure, and the price was fair. Everyone at Tony Divino's has been great to work with. Had 25,000 service this week, which took less time than I expected. Would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership again.

    I was greeted by someone every time I went in the dealership. Never had to wait more than a minute or two to be greeted. I bought a van through the Costco deal which was awesome because it took all bartering out of the deal. The salesperson was educated, nice, and kept in touch even on their day off. I was very impressed.

    This is my third Toyota. I have had great experiences with them..My 4Runner has 260,000 miles on it and is still running like a champ, I passed it down to my son when he started driving and bought a Sequoia and it has 160,00 miles and has been a great vehicle too. I decided to trade it in and get something smaller and better on gas..I bought a brand new RAV4 and hope to drive it and enjoy it for many years to come..Great service at Tony Divino in Riverdale

    I bought my third Sienna van last Oct. I brought it in for a routine oil tire rotation. A little while later my tire light came on, thinking I had picked up a nail, I went to Discount Tire only to find that my tires only had 25 pounds of pressure. They are suppose to have 35. My next oil change and tire rotation, I told the service rep about the problem I had with the tire air pressure, he assured me that would not happen again. Well, first the tech, blew up one of my tires, which they did not have a replacement, had to come back the next day and it took them two hours to change the tire. Last night my tire pressure light came on. Same thing on 25 pounds of pressure. REALLY! It was 11:30 at night and I was coming home from SLC. I took in to Discount Tire again. I am not happy!

    Good morning Andrea. Please let me apologize for our damaging a tire to were we had to replace it. That certainly should not have happened. The sensors on your Sienna will activate the dash light if pressure falls to around 31 Lbs. of pressure. The door says 32 lbs. but that is for the coast. We would set yours at 36 to 38 lbs. in Utah. If you were back to 25 lbs. again in one tire you have a slow leak. I would love to help you in any way I can. Maybe get your sensor system checked out.     It is easy to schedule services and when I show up I am always greeted nicely. It takes about an hour for scheduled maitenece and tire rotation. The play room has enough to keep my girls entertained while we wait. They take good care of my car and never pressure me to over buy or schedule services.

    Ryan, my Service Manager, was very informative, professional and efficient. My car was in for a 35,000 mile maintenance and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I had a problem with my glovebox after the appointment and, Ryan, promptly fixed the problem and was very courteous during the process. There was a little grease on the door handle which was also remedied by Ryan. He also provided me with a car wash. I was very pleased and satisfied with today's visit to Tony Divino's Service Department!
