Purchased a 2014 Mustang GT. When I purchased the vehicle it had not been serviced. They ordered the wrong set of new tires and had to reorder new ones so I was not able to get the car until two weeks after I bought it. During this period they would not give me any information on what needed to be done to the car, only that it wasn't done. I also could barely find anyone willing to give me updates on my vehicle and kept being told they would call me back but I would never receive a call. Soon after I finally received the vehicle I realized there was an issue with a front rear hub and the rear differential. I ended up taking the car to a different Lithia dealership where it took them 4 weeks to get a new differential shipped from California. They also found an issue with the rear mounting brace for the differential which the original dealership should have easily caught. My compressor then seized up shortly after and at this point Lithia and the dealership refused to cover it because the warranty period was over, even though the car was in the shop for around half that time. If you buy a car from this dealership either one or have a third party mechanic give you a full assessment of the vehicle before purchasing.

Service/repairs
Took my car is for a m24,000 miles service and a noise from the rears tires. I received a call that the left rear tire had a nail/screw in the tire and that the tire was not repairable and if I want to get the tire from them or take it to tire shop. I took them to go ahead and replace the tire. I received a call the next day that the car was ready for pick up

I went to my keys fixed and a new fob. Justin made sure I had my military discount added and worked with me to have everything done within 2-3 days. That?s including the weekend.

What a Joke!
Great place if you have no use for your truck... Brought truck in a month ago to diagnose a noise from the engine and...... Crickets.....still sitting in the same spot.

Many vehicles to choose from! Will never use recommend them!! Vehicle was not ready delivered when it was supposed to be ready! Also once financing is signed seems like treated like lower class people, peons

Service is terrible. Please do not spend your hard earned money at this dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They are the worst.
