Seriously the worst sales experience ever, especially for a Cadillac dealer. My wife and I set an appointment to come see a limited Expedition for 4pm.... We get there at 4, get shuffled to a different sales guy and then proceed to stand around on the lot in 105 degree weather for 45 minutes while they fumble around trying to find the keys. Finally I asked to speak to the GM. Since I'm standing out in 105 degree weather waiting for the mysterious keys to appear, it seems reasonable he might like to join me to see how his operation actually runs. Rather than the GM, they send Moe- the sales manager. His answer to the trouble we've experienced so far was - "You could've waited inside." Ok Moe, then why did you guys lead us out to stand by the Expedition while you searched for keys? Apparently at Stephen Wade it's up to the customer to decipher the next steps when trying to purchase a vehicle. If you enjoy being treated like a moron, and dealing with crap management attitudes- Stephen Wade Chevy is just the place for you. Side note- we ended up just buying new from Ken Garff Ford. I should have just gone there in the first place, they actually give a crap about customers...
