dropped my 2018 F25 off Thursday many appointment. fray lunch time i was told the tech was working on it . i call at 3:00 twice and when phone rang and got hung up . I called for service manager on response . left message for him and then general manager. Jason the service manager finally called and told me truck had not been looked at !!! What a joke !! i said i was on my way . They left the truck outside windows open and keys in side , WILL tell everyone about this sorry place !!!
Unbelievable , dishonest and untrustworthy place.
Very bad place, they are very enthusiastic and polite when you buy a car, and become very rude and unreasonable when your car needs to be repaired. They will tell you that you need to spend thousands of dollars to repair even it is still under the warranty！and they will very rudely telling you that they don’t know when the parts will be here even you already waited for 2-3 months! Unbelievable , very dishonest and untrustworthy place!! I so much regret buying two cars there after these problems happened.
Call you right back is a lie.
Paul said my Ford credit app was sent to Ford.salesmanager said he never sent it.and he would call me right back.i promise he said.he never did.stop lieing.

Do not go here for serious issues for your vehicle
Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I've gone twice for the same recalls and now my car is worse off than when I went in the first time, (thank the gods I have a real mechanic for actual issues). The malfunction they (ford) agreed was caused by the recall was never fixed the first time. Although their site offers loaners during service, they do not. TLDR If you'd like to repetitively miss work or pay $30 extra a day to rent a car while they continuously screw yours up for a simple f****** recall go for it.

Greater with a smile and good morning by Seth. My car was taken immediately and I was directed to the comfortable waiting area where coffee and donuts awaited me. A TV was available to help pass the time along with a few magazines. After checking my records and car a gentle upsell reminder based on my mileage it was time to replace my air filter. My car was washed and delivered in the expected amount of time. Great job Seth. ps. Seth also noticed I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. I Always appreciate that.
My Coggin's Experience
Although all of my experiences at Coggin Deland have been good, this one by far was the best. The Service Manager was incredible, he takes customer service to the next level. Thank you Coggins Deland for the high quality employees and wonderful facility.
