Service department with the top service
Tony is my service advisor and I called in advance to schedule a repair on my vehicle. He was able to get my vehicle in the service department the same day. He stated it would take a few hours and offered a courtesy vehicle which I took advantage of. The provided the same size vehicle just the newest version and offered me water and my kids an ice cream cone and snacks while I waited to complete paperwork. Im very pleased with my experience. Its a clean, professional environment. All the employees are friendly and kind. My repair was quick and efficient. Im one happy customer

No longer own a Caddy
2008 DTS was serviced and we were very pleased with work done by Arrowhead Cadillac, Peoria, AZ. But throughout the past 10 years we have seen Cadillac models get smaller and lighter.And frankly, the workmanship has seemed to have gotten less luxurious. So, after the car had been serviced, we traded it for a Genesis G80.

Julie and Jim Buenke were very helpful when I ordered my new car. They are not only very professional, but went out of their way to be sure I was very satisfied with leasing paperwork and when they test drove the car with me.
