    I very much want to thank Wright Nissan, especially Erik Emanuele and Mike Currie, for working with my tight schedule and specific budget. I had first inquired with Erik about two weeks prior to my purchase and he kept me up to date on his stock with regards to what I was looking for. When the perfect vehicle arrived, the only time I could make it to the dealership was 15 minutes before closing time on a Thursday night. Both Erik and Mike stayed more than an hour late so that my wife and I could both have a test drive and to get everything taken care of on the same night. Easy peasy...

    I drove 5.5 hours to buy a 2013 Volvo S60 T6 R and found out that the fuel gauge wasn't working correctly. They had their mechanic look at it and told me it was fine. I took it to the VOLVO dealer down the street and the mechanic told me not to buy it! It's not common problem, "It would be hard to find out what exactly is wrong and expensive to fix." The dealer wasn't willing to have it fixed there so... I drove home 5.5 hours with no new car.

    I was in the market for a 2012 Nissan Murano Platinum and came across one being sold by Wright Nissan online. I contacted Erik Emanuele because of the great reviews about him online. Being that I was from out of state, I was a bit worried about the buying process. Erik kept me up to date and made sure the whole process was done smoothly. He is a straight shooter and everything he communicated to me by phone was presented to me in writing when I came in. Even the process with the finance manager was smooth and easy. I contacted Erik about the vehicle on Monday, and on Thursday flew into Pittsburgh and was able to drive away with my Murano that very same day! To attest to Erik's exceptional service, he even picked me up from the airport which he didn't have to do (which was very much appreciated). Erik went through all the features of the vehicle with me and even paired by phone to the car. I am very happy with my Nissan Murano. I want to thank Erik for his exceptional service and would definitely recommend him for any of your car buying needs.

    This was the first time I've used cars.com to search for a new car. I found exactly what I wanted, a Nissan Xterra Pro-4X with a manual transmission; however, due to its discontinuation and the time of year, very few remained in inventory, and none within 800 miles of New Orleans. Wright Nissan in Wexford, PA had one left, and I got in touch with Erik Emanuele about the one that they still had. Over the course of three days, he gave me a quote, and helped coordinate the logistics of purchasing this vehicle with me by phone, texts and emails while I was at work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. At the end of my work hitch, I flew to Pittsburgh, PA, where Erik met me at the airport and drove me to Wexford. He had the truck prepped and ready to go, and the whole process took just a few hours. Erik gave me a detailed tutorial on the functions and features of the Xterra, the paperwork was handled in a speedy and efficient manner and I was on the road with my new truck. In addition, Erik was in touch after I left Wexford. He was able to answer a couple of questions that came up after I had left and begun my trip back down south. Over the course of one long 18 hour day, I was able to fly from New Orleans to Pittsburgh, purchase my new vehicle from Wright Nissan, and drive to Richmond, VA on my trip home. I am very pleased with my new Xterra so far, and I'm very happy with the whole long distance purchase experience with Wright Nissan and Erik Emanuele. Thanks again, y'all!

    I had a great experience when it came to working with Wright Nissan. Erik Emanuele was a wealth of knowledge on the Rogue that I wanted. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him if you are thinking of using Wright. I can't say enough good things about this company and Erik as the salesman. He was so great that I even convinced my mom to go try out Nissan, and she walked out with a pathfinder!!! We were always a Honda family but now will never buy anything but a Nissan!

    I was helping my son to buy a used car on a cash purchase only. In the end they talked him into a loan on a higher priced car. This was done knowing that he could not afford payments and the insurance, I spoke to the salesmen before and told him what the max. amount was. But this did not matter to them. They only cared about making a sale. Stay away from then. They only care about money. Not if you can afford it.

    Bought pre-owned Nissan Murano, which went well. Continued to go here for service trusting that they would keep up my service schedule better. Rear tires suddenly wore out and I commented it seemed weird how fast they degraded and the service technicians just shrugged and said you need new tires. Bought new tires for over $1000 (they are 20") only to have the same thing happen again. Sudden rear tire wear after about 11,000 miles the rear tires were shot. Technicians shrugged their shoulders after lots of complaining. I looked at the tires myself and it is clear that there is abnormal, uneven tire wear, indicative of wheel misalignment. None of the technicians ever suggested wheel alignment might be a problem or suggested to check the alignment before installing new tires. This was the first suggestion of everyone I have talked to since. Service says there is nothing they can do, so I am out $1000 and will never return for service.

    I bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid from Wright Buick GMC. They tried their best to get me information about the car since they do not specialize in Hondas. I was reluctant to buy the car because of the fact that it was a Hybrid, and was aware that the hybrid batteries typically need to be replaced around 100,000 miles. The car had 102,000 miles. Unfortunately a week after buying the vehicle the hybrid battery light came on in the car indicating it was bad and needed replaced. (these batteries roughly cost $2,500). I contacted Wright after noticing this and they were very willing to help with the cost of the battery since I had just bought the car from them. A huge relief because of the high cost of the battery. My salesman was friendly and sought the answer to any question I had.

    I drove from Cleveland, Ohio to Wexford Pa. because I was so impressed with my initial phone conversation with General Mgr. Mike Rizzitano concerning purchasing a 2014 Murano LE that he had in his inventory. My salesman Erik Emanuele is one of the best auto salesman I have ever dealt with and Finance Mgr. Mike Currie made sure that he thoroughly explained everything to me before I signed the necessary documents. All three of these men were very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I have been buying cars for over 50 years and this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a auto dealership...................THANKS WRIGHT NISSAN!!!
