One of the best Toyota dealer in the east valley

The service staff is very friendly. They explain you everything before they service your vehicle. They will go over the changes made after the service completed. They have complimentary ride back/forth from house to store. The walk ins are available at this dealership for servicing. Great experience.

Buyers Beware!

Purchased a 2020 Silverado with less than 30k on it. Purchased extended warranty as well. 28 days later check engine light flashing, so I followed their instructions as far as the extended warranty said, I needed to take it to a Chevy dealership which I did. A week later I'm being told there was bad work done by someone recently, and truck needs almost 9k in engine repairs. Guess what?? These repairs aren't looking to be covered by the warranty cause of "neglect". Hoping they do the right thing here, but no one has called us back yet.

We're disappointed you are having issues with this pre-owned Chevy truck you purchased from us here. As I explained, this is a Chevy issue and should be covered under their powertrain warranty at the Chevy dealership you have the truck at in Casa Grande. Never thought I would purchase a vehicle online from a dealership 1000 miles away however, Jordan Sherwood made the purchase of the 2020 Tundra pleasurable and efficient with no pressure. Professional Service

Great service and professional assistance. Steven Kessler has been my service advisor for several years and he provides excellent support. He keeps me informed and advised on status when vehicle is in the shop. My 8 year old 4Runner is running like new thanks to Steve and his attention to detail.

Awesome employees

Had my 5 month service scheduled at 9:30. I was an hour early but was told no problem. Sadie was awesome. I also was having an issue trying to download maps. Even though Sadie and another service guy tried as well, they referred me to the sales department. Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was able to set it up on apple play. Very nice and patient guy. I left very happy and satisfied with all who helped me
