*False advertisement* After speaking with a sales

*False advertisement* After speaking with a sales associate and receiving 2 different quotes in the price negotiation process, I received a call from a sales manager that told me the price that was posted on cars.com was false. The price was ~4k higher than the advertised/posted price after he added a "custom seat" fee ,keeping in mind the seats were already in the car and were one of the reasons why I inquired about it. If their price negotiation strategy is to add more fees when you ask for a fair price, then it is dishonest business.

This was an easy and satisfying process! Chauncey was our gentle warrior and scored us an amazing deal on a car we previously never thought we could afford! We loved our experience and hope everyone gives Mark Kia a chance!

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience! Do not buy a high end car from this dealership, my wife flew in from Colorado for what we thought was a beautiful car and she was treated like crap, please reference my google review. Frank Cruckson and Johnny Gutierrez were each part and wholly responsible for this let down! When I reached out about this epic fail I received no correspondence.

They don’t respond to inquiries.

They don’t respond to inquiries. They won’t provide a copy of the loan agreement, you must have a deal and look at a screen and initial and sign. Be wary of this in business transactions. Anyone should be able to review documents in advance.

Absolutely the worst dealer I have ever worked with.

Absolutely the worst dealer I have ever worked with. They lied to me about the warranty we bought, never ordered the warranty, and then refused to reimburse it. They were rude, never returned calls. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Shady and unprofessional.

Shady and unprofessional. I found a car on cars.com and was negotiating with a salesperson on addressing a few aesthetic issues with the car. At first, they seemed really professional and willing to work with me. After about a week of back and forth, we got to the price conversations. They don’t negotiate on price - which is totally fine. But they surprised me with $3,600 in dealer fees and add-ons. A documentation fee of $1,000 (well above the average in AZ), a temporary registration fee of $200 (cost with the state is $15), and another $2,500 for things I didn’t ask for that “could not be removed,” e.g., window tint, security features, battery warranty). With some research, I found that these are 80-90% markups and nearly straight profit for the dealership. My frustration - and what I believe to be very shady business practice - They listed the vehicle for one very fair price with ZERO mention of any other expenses/fees (there’s the bait folks), then, they progress the deal until your invested and emotionally attached, finally, at the very end they spring $3,600 in fees on you (and there’s the switch). I pushed back on these fees, and they ghosted me for over a week. Didn’t get back to me like they said they would. Didn’t return my messages…until I told them I was leaving a review. Do what you want, but I’m not giving my business to anyone that tries to manipulate and take advantage of their customers.

Jacob Vasquez took very good care of us.

Jacob Vasquez took very good care of us. We bought a 2025 Kia Sorento S. Very hard working young man that operates with transparency and integrity. Definitely a lifetime client and will be asking for him specifically. Thanks again Mark Kia and Jacob Vasquez for making this a great experience!
