Reason for visit: 2017 Land Rover RangeRover software recall repair. System crashed during repair process as we waited and we were given a loaner car while... problem was being addressed. We received our car return delivery in C'vlle. 2 days later. Repair issues appear to have been addressed and all well.

Had my vehicle serviced there and complained about two loud noises I was hearing. I was told it was nothing. It was misdiagnosed and motor had to be replaced... because of it. Terrible customer service.
