    The Sales Mangr., General Mngr, and Sales/internet Coordinator were all polite and very helpful in helping me build, finance , and take delivery of my 2017 Ford F150. Must get a little better with handling registrations though. Other than that, I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford. Thanks Danielle and Jeff so much.

    I bought my Escape a year ago. The Salesman (No Longer Works there) that sold it to me was very patient and understood exactly what I was looking for. Great Guy!!! I needed service for shuddering a year later. I felt upsold on all my repairs. Spent $2000 on repairs. Escape still shuddered. Took it to my old repair guy in Groton. $700 later, my Escape rides smooth as ever. Will not be returning to Courtesy for Service. Sales...maybe, but never service. PS. $7 for capped lug nuts? Seriously?

    I'd rather have a root canal than shop for a car. I have always hated the "vulture spies road kill" sensibility brought to my various experiences with dealerships over these many years. Courtesy Ford changed that for me. I was treated with genuine, authentic friendliness and thoughtful concern about what I was looking for in a new car. I was given a loaner to commute to work for two days so that my new Ford Focus could be detailed. These is a great dealership in Brooklyn, CT. Start your car search at Courtesy Ford.

    Would like to thank all of the staff at courtesy ford John Torres (GM), Ken Smith the service manager and to all the mechanics that helped to get my vehicle repaired in a fast and effective time. They were able to get all the repairs done to factory standard and prove that there are still dealerships that take care of their customers from the time you purchase you vehicle forward treating every customer like family. I will continue to recommend Courtesy Ford to everyone I know because I know that they will be treated right
