bells and whistles and decided on the Lexus CT200h. I was very excited when I saw a used one offered at such a great price w/ super low mileage in practically new condition. The information presented online was very informative and included a Carfax report. Shawn was very responsive to all of our inquires and even offered to hold the car since we were coming from out of town. The car looked exactly as presented online. Thanks to Shawn and the Daimler Team for such an easy car buying process and for helping my Christmas to come early!
I purchased a car from this dealer a month ago. They were courteous UP UNTIL the sale was complete. I mentioned to them that there was no owner's manu
al in the car when I received the keys. They told me they would get it. When I pulled out of the dealer's lot, I drove about a mile away, and pulled over because I noticed a broken piece of the mirror on the car that was not there before when I test drove it. I immediately called them (literally 2 mins later) and from that point on, they never picked up the phone for me. My husband called from an unknown number, and they told him since they do not have a picture of the mirror on the website pics, they would not do anything about it. They also told him we are on our own as far as the manual was concerned. Now I'm stuck with cost that THEY should've taken care of. They have LITERALLY avoided my calls and not returned my e-mails since the minute I finalized my purchase. This dealer will NEVER get our business again.
Madam- We have received your review and regret that you expressed dissatisfaction with our services; however we believe that what you have stated is n
ot a fair critique. You did not indicate in the review that we remained after our normal business hours to complete the sale and once the sale was finalized, we left the building and all walked out simultaneously. You observed us closing the gate and leaving for the day, so although you may have contacted us immediately, as you write in your review, once you noticed the concern, it was afterhours and no one was available to take your call. You also indicate that you never spoke with us and that we were unresponsive, however that is not accurate, we did speak several days after the purchase and you informed us of your concerns with the side mirror, I spoke with you personally about reviewing our photos to see if the issue was there at the time of the sale. We requested that you bring the car in to be seen, however you did not do so. Further you stated that your husband called, yes he did, however we primarily spoke about his interest in a BMW. He did mention the concern with the mirror and we advised that although the issue was not noted in any of the photos that were taken of the car, we would be willing to cover the cost of the labor and installation but that the customer would need to cover the cost of the part, at a discounted rate. Your husband advised that he would provide you with that information, again we did not hear back from you about that offer. When you purchased the Lexus, you made several requests and we happily met those requests for you pertaining to a full detail, full tank of gas and new floor mats. As is standard practice, all agreed upon deliverables were put in writing and signed prior to the purchase. After reviewing the photos and closely reviewing all notes about the car, there is no indication that the mirror was damaged when you purchased the car. We can not be held responsible for damaged incurred once the car leaves our lot. Again, had you chosen to bring the car in and/or accept the offer we made to your husband, this issue could have been easily resolved. You were treated fairly and courteously as we aim to treat all our customers, you expressed satisfaction with the quality of the car, the no pressure sales and the ability to meet your presale requests; as such we do not believe that a rating of 1 star is a fair and accurate review of our business.

it, I was sold on the quality of the car. Nothing but High end cars at this place. Nothing cheap/trashy/or ready to fall apart, only cars that could be in any showroom! Still, I was treated great by the owner and office staff.
The entire buying process was done over the phone with just a couple phone calls then I went in to test drive sign papers and drive away. Great experi
