The technology has changed dramatically since 2002, and Marvin took the time to explain the dashboard, the safety features, and the locking technology to my satisfaction. As good as our 2009 RAV4 is, the improvements in the 2018 model are dramatic. Mark's attention to detail in preparing the car for us is very much appreciated. This was a very positive experience in every way. Customer Service at Sierra Toyota is superb in all departments.
