I will purchase through this dealership again! After test-driving the vehicle, I needed much of the negotiation and paperwork to occur online. I'm happy to say that I barely spent two hours actually at the dealership during this entire process before driving away in my new vehicle. The staff embraces technology and were very professional and competent. Word-of-mouth is getting around and this dealership lives up to its excellent reputation.

It sounds funny to think of a MidLife Crisis and Toyota because by reputation Toyota is associated with practical not frivolous but I actually found my first sports car at Sierra Toyota. I have always wanted to own a Candy Apple Red Mustang but I am very loyal to Toyota. So imagine my joy when I found a beautiful Candy Apple Red Ford GT (used) on the lot. It had everything I wanted in a mustang and I had actually been searching for something like it for over 3 months. I so appreciate my husband and Marvin Morris for all the work they put into getting me this car and so quickly. I saw it Wednesday late afternoon and was driving it off the lot 24 hours later.

Over the past 4 years our family has purchased 3 new and 1 used vehicle from Sierra Toyota and it is the first place we go to when shopping for a vehicles. Our salesman, Mark Weeks, was excellent, easy to work with, did not pressure me in any way and took the time answer all of my questions. Mark sold me an AWESOME used Tundra and even called a few days later to see how I liked the truck. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Carlos Flores. I had been researching cars on-line and wanted to check out the Toyota Avalon. Carlos showed me all of them that were on the lot and helped me compare the different trim levels and options. We went for a test drive and Carlos went over the features. I decided on the XLE touring. I got an excellent deal on my trade-in and the financing part was hassle free. I picked up my car the next day and Carlos went over all the features with me again. He's very knowledgeable on the vehicle and was great to work with. No pressure sales pitch, just a great experience. I highly recommend Carlos when stopping by the Toyota dealership.
