Our purchase of the new 2015 Camry was accomplished in a very "easy" way, just as Elsie says in your TV ad. This time, Marvin Morris, our salesman went above and beyond the call of duty by taking time on his day off to especially come to the dealership to help me decided on the car chosen, and then helped on another day off by coming to our home to help with setting up the Bluetooth system iin the car. All the basic sales acts he did with us making us completely confident that we made the right decision. I found Sierra Toyota via a link in the online version of Consumer Reports after having unsatisfactory experiences with Toyota salespeople in another city. The difference between Sierra Toyota and "the others" was remarkable. If you want straight shooters who are interested providing good prices and great service, this is the place. If you like the other kind of companies, they're easy to find, unfortunately. My salesperson, Marvin, was remarkably helpful, quick to return calls, thorough and seemingly an overall good guy, one who was very knowable and exceptionally helpful. During the course of my dealings with Sierra Toyota, I had the good fortune to meet the owner. Once via phone when she was working the switchboard and once in the service department when she was helping as customers dropped of their cars and trucks. It's likely that a hands-on owner of a company in a smaller town makes for a level of service and commitment to customers that is uncommon in larger cities.
