    I would like to thank Josh Stringer for the incredible service he gave me at Crews Subaru. I purchased a 2015 XV Crosstrek about 6 days ago. I traded a 2008 highlander in and Josh gave me a very fair trade. I have never experience such great service. I had to wait about a month before the car was delivered. Josh was giving me updates the whole time. The day of buying the car went very smooth. I was in and out in under an hour. Im very happy with my new car. If you are looking for a great car I would say go with a Subaru. They're very reliable. I would highly recommend asking for Josh Stinger at Crews Subaru of Charleston. Put it like this as long as Josh is working there I will NEVER shop anywhere else!! Thanks again buddy for all your hard work in making this happen!

    Bought a new 2017 Forester Premium with all weather package 8 Aug 2016. I was in no great hurry so took my time negotiating. I was trading in 2 vehicles which this dealer was willing to accommodate. The initial and second offer by the dealer was unacceptable to me. After about a week, the dealer met a price I was willing to pay. I'm sure I could have received a better deal elsewhere but Crews Subaru was conveniently located for me. The sales manager increased my discount a little more and threw in a dealer add-on I didn't want to pay for. I did not feel pressured throughout the purchasing experience. The business manager did not try pressuring me to purchase any extended warranties once I mentioned I wasn't interested. I wanted to spend as little time as possible at the dealership in completing the transaction. The entire process to slightly over an hour including prepping the car for me. I've spent as much as 3 hours completing a sale at other dealerships. I elected to transfer plates from my trade-in to my new vehicle. My only complaint is that the dealer holds back submitting the title and registration paperwork to the DMV when someone pays by check. My check cleared in 2 days. The Bill of Sale is supposed to cover me in lieu of Registration documents for 30 days. However, Crew's policy regarding this placed me 15 days behind the power curve. Hopefully, I'll receive my Registration within the remaining 15 days. Good Luck with that.

    Crews Subaru review I bought a 2016 WRX Limited in Ice Silver from Crews Subaru in North Charleston, South Carolina on 10/30/15. We paid for the car out right. The experience was nothing short of excellent. During the two months before buying the car I visited the dealership twice. Before I came to the dealership in person I corresponded with Linda Breedlove via email. She was wonderful and helpful and she arranged for me to test drive a Forester the next day. My salesperson that day was Trey Norwood. He was polite, knowledgeable, and personable. There was no pressure applied to us to buy the car after the test drive. We left the dealership because I had more research to do about the car we wanted. Linda was in contact with me through reasonably frequent email communication and was available to help us when I needed it. I came to test drive a WRX about 2 weeks before my purchase and again Trey was so friendly and did not apply any pressure to purchase when I said I needed a couple more weeks to decide. On the day of purchase my wife and I again test drove the WRX I ended up buying. Trey was patient with us, allowing my wife and I to converse between ourselves before entering the show-room to work out the numbers. During the actual sale process there was the usual back and forth but the staff at Crews Subaru was reasonable and respectful. Jerry Peters the Used Sales Manager got involved because he was acting as sales manager that day. Jerry was cordial and bright. When we finally got to the number everyone was happy with the rest of the process was fast. Several staff at the dealership (whose names I didn’t catch) came by and shook my hand and congratulated me, stating “The WRX is such a cool car, you’re going to love it!” We met the service manager Jason Parish who gave me the rundown on the first necessary services as well as the break-in procedure for the WRX. He also told me the no-no's that would void my warranty (flashing the ECU). This makes the second car in my life I’ve bought new. This experience at Crews Subaru was outstanding. Each staff member was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I don’t ever plan on selling my WRX, but if I do I know there will be another great experience buying the next one at Crews Subaru.

    Went in to purchase our 4th Subaru. Salesperson more concerned with leaving on vacation that day. Quoted a price that was totally out of the ballpark. Was completely unwilling to negotiate another price. Said this was it and let us walk away. No followup. Very bad experience. Went down the street to another dealer that was willing to deal. Extremely disappointed. Loved the car, but were treated very badly.

    Great bunch of people. Went to purchase a used vehicle that ended up not being what I wanted. The sales associate was very understanding and accommodating and ultimately got me into the car that was perfect for me and my family at a FANTASTIC rate. I would love to continue doing business with them and recommend it to others!

    Subaru and Crews Subaru make a WINNING team!!!! My wife and I had been most impressed with on-line reviews of the 2014 Forester. We live in a rural area and we had begun working with a dealer closer to our home - about 45 minutes away. However, while on-line I found Crews Subaru - about 2 hours away - and looked through their inventory list. They had a link where you could request pricing so I responded. Within 24 hours, on a Sunday no less, Linda Breedlove sent me availability and pricing. She followed up the next day with an invitation to stop by the dealership. We were scheduled to be in Charleston that day for other reasons and went by the dealership and met LINDA BREEDLOVE - even on short notice she was willing for us to meet with her. She introduced us to TREY NORWOOD. We explained to Trey our situation and that we wanted to see color options. Even knowing that at that time we were shopping elsewhere Trey was gracious, showed us the Forester features, and took us for a test drive. In the subsequent two days Trey e-mailed us that he was available for questions, etc. His sincere interest, but in a relaxed non-pressure way, began to win us over. What is a little extra drive time to do business with a professional who cares? On a Thursday night we e-mailed Trey our preferred 2014 Forester color and trim package desires. By 10am on Friday Trey had located the car we wanted. He worked up a very fair price right from the start. By 2pm we had a deal! All finalized over the phone and through e-mail without having to make an extra visit. Working with just Trey was a relief compared to some dealerships who involve a variety of "decision makers" before a deal can be struck. Crews Subaru went and picked-up the car that Friday night and had it ready for us to pick-up on Saturday afternoon. So in less than 48 hours we were the happy owners of a 2014 Forester. Trey had his business assistant prepare the paperwork in advance, so that went quickly and smoothly. He had the car detailed and the accessory mats and cargo cover installed. Trey then slowly walked us through all of the operational features. When we drove off the lot we were comfortable, but most of all happy!!! Since that time, Trey, his sales manager, and the Crews service department have all made their continued willingness to assist us in any way known through non-pressure e-mails and phone calls. We highly recommend Trey and Crews Subaru!!! Chris & Teresa St. Helena Island, SC

    Our recent purchase of a 2014 Subaru Outback was a delightful, easy and totally happy experience thanks to the thoughtfulness and expertise of Rick Watson. Everyone at Crews is friendly and goes out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable,and Rick put us at ease immediately. He is very intuitive and knowledgeable,articulate, and a master at his profession. He also took time to make sure we understood everything about operating our new car, He introduced us Pam Baker, Finance Mgr., who was lovely to work with and very professional as well. Rick also introduced us to Customer Service and Maintenance employees, who were all very friendly. The atmosphere inside the dealership is pleasant, cheerful and comfortable. We look forward to seeing you all again when we return to have the car serviced.
