This dealership is a total joke!

This dealership is a total joke!!! My mom was looking for a car was pressured into a deposit on one and ended up finding the one she really wanted elsewhere. She let her sales rep know respectfully thank you but no thank you, and he responds with calling my mom a “pain in the xxx”!!! What an un professional experience!!!! I’ll be sure to share this all over social media to share this experience!!!

Scam, and very rude service, the attitude invites

Scam, and very rude service, the attitude invites altercation, they don't perform repairs on invoices and will recommend to drive your car untill something fails, snobby employees with little knowledge of the cars they sell and work on, they allowed me to watch my car being worked on in the past but won't allow me now, won't even let you talk to the tech while they are incapable of answering any questions besides how much it's going to cost, the oil changes they've performed were never done and we're just added an extra quart of oil so instead of 4.8 they leave it with 5.8 quarts and say they changed it, they're out to take advantage and they saw it was my first time buying, tell you what I'll never buy from a dealer again

We were visiting from out-of-state and needed an oil

We were visiting from out-of-state and needed an oil change. The Service Department was great, but the one who really shined was Lanelle Lodge, a product specialist. Thanks to her excellent service, we know which Toyota will be our next Toyota!

Once AGAIN…. THE BEST customer service from Jay he is the key man that we are coming back here from Flagstaff! He is kind, honest, and will do everything FOR you and your family! Also, Josh and Jericho are awesome 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟Five stars to the entire crew including the finance lady ❤️We will always come back to you guys and continue coming back from Flagstaff even for the oil change ❤️❤️ I love my RAV4 . You always make it doable for me to get into a reliable and amazing car.

Pre-purchase was excellent with this dealership. David Farmer was really good to work with. The service department put a lot of questions in my mind. I have never revisited the dealership since my run in with the service department.

I own a 2009 scion tc with a 5-speed manual transmission.

I own a 2009 scion tc with a 5-speed manual transmission. I gave their driver my car to take it to their shop. I ended up getting my car back and my transmission is smoke the clutch not wanting to grab, and it was not at all like that when I pass them the keys. Next time the need to send out drivers that are more experienced in driving standard transmissions. I'm now hoping that there would be Reimbursement for the damages they have caused.

I've had three oil changes and purchased tires at Anderson Toyota in Lake Havasu City AZ. My last oil change too 2 hours. Not sure I will be back. No communication during this time. No explanation.

Big Rip OFF is Sad

Same experience from one the reviews offered 32 for my trade yet kbb values it a 42500 they acted like I was being treated right they are big rip OFF they will try and rip you off ... run as fast as you can from this place I’m have been Toyota customer for Over 35 years and this the far worse Dealler I has deal with it Dennis Ipina
