    We purchased a 2011 Nissan Quest over a year ago from Scottsdale Motor Company. We had a friend test drive it while he was in AZ on business. He reported... that it was "like new" and drove beautifully. We contacted SMC and arranged the purchase of the Quest. We live in Virginia Beach, Va and buying from SMC was easier than going to a local dealer. And Price!!!, what a great deal without any hassles or pressure. We called them and they explained what we needed to do to purchase the Quest and it was delivered to us in Virginia Beach, Va in less than a week. If you want a deal this is the place to purchase your next vehicle. They arranged shipping and made sure we had everything we needed. We love our Nissan and had a great buying experience with Scottsdale Motor Company.

    The car was a buy back from California stating it was a lemon and not disclosed at the time of sale and took advantage of my daughter at the time of sale... now the car has all kinds of problems and they hang up on you when you try to call.

    All manufacturer buyback lemon laws have disclosures from the manufacturer that have to be signed by the customer. If not signed and returned they wil...l not release the title to us. We never received any customer complaint call. I can answer any questions at 602-434-9757. Ask for John

    I bought a car from SMC in late November of 2013 and didn't find them to very honorable to deal with. I had the car delivered to Seattle by truck and when... it arrived the tire indicator light was on. I figured I would just take care of the problem myself and brought it to a local tire center for them to repair the leaking tire. They informed me that the car had an attempt to repair the tire but on the side where most repairs don't hold, hence the reason they don't fix them in that spot. Result, a new tire was necessary. When I notified SMC of this and asked to compensate for the new tire they denied any knowledge of this or any offer to help. They don't appear to be an honorable dealership so you take your chances with them. You may or may not have the same results.

    This customer failed to mention that he had the Infiniti dealer inspect the car / tires and found no issues with the tires. Also, he failed to mention... he did not call SMC until the end of January. That is 2 months after he purchased the vehicle! Check our Ebay feedback 100% customer satisfaction with many vehicles sold.
