Worst company to buy a car from.

Worst company to buy a car from. Bought 2 and both had issues, now I have 2023 Rogue with transmission out at 68k after paying extra for lifetime warranty they dont what to replace it. TRASH COMPANY!!!

J, Without a name it is difficult to respond to your review in detail. I can address a couple of issues. First, the Warranty Forever is provided to our customers at no charge so you did not pay extra for that coverage. The Warranty Forever coverage requires that you perform all of the maintenance that is recommended by the factory. It does not require that the maintenance be performed by the selling dealer, but does require that you get a pre-approval if you choose to take it to another shop. It appears from your comments that you did not comply with the terms of the warranty and the warranty company has denied your claim. While I am sorry that your claim was apparently denied the Warranty Forever is administered by a third party and our dealership nor Nissan North American has any control over their decision to approve or disapprove a claim. Warning do not purchase The Nissan Pathfinder especially from Eric Zisman . Unless you Don't mind paying $1500 every 10,000 to $15,000 mi for a brake job .

We have purchased 7 cars from them between us, family, and friends. Used to be EXCELLENT SERVICE by sales team.. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They break things and do not tell you... Then claim to send a replacement part and dont... NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS DEALERSHIP

I would not buy a used car,suv,or truck.

I would not buy a used car,suv,or truck.if it is not a Nissan they well not work on you have to find a place. They push to buy there warranty. But all they can do is change the oil and washer fueled. If I could give the 00000 I would. The service so called Manager Mike Anderson well not rock with you. And the used car Manager Ron is just as bad.. shame on you Melloy Nissan in Albuquerque New Mexico..

If I could give zero stars then I would choose nothing

If I could give zero stars then I would choose nothing and it's unfortunate that you have to pick a star to write a review...I want to tell people my EXPERIENCE so that no one falls for there highway robbery xxxxxxxx of a so called Business that doesn't give a Single xxxx about your hard earned cash. I needed a transmission flush.... EDGAR who was so nice and pleasant had the decency to help me. I told him I only had enough to do a transmission flush and I didn't want to do it unless they would stick to only that...he assured me..oh yes and then preceded to tell me to do a soft CREDIT CHECK. Well guess what, I got APPROVED.for a limit up to $900. Well EDGAR persuaded me into thinking I needed a battery since I had to jumpstart my car...$220...but not to worry because instead of me paying $300 now I only have to put $130 down and could make payments for the rest... EDGAR even got me a Lyft to take me home and said when the car was done he would send a Lyft to pick me up and take me back....LIAR! He called me the next day with bad news on top of more bad news to tell me well there's nothing we can do unless I trade I. My car...I decided not to do that and just to put it back the way it was and I would pay the bill..... EDGAR says ok but then calls me back with some really good news....he says that the bads news that he just gave me was actual repairable and that they were going to do it for free....the only catch was i would have to wait for a few.days....welll today was the day. Yes indeed they fixed my car for free.....two bolts is what he supposedly was referring to....xxxxing xxxxxxxx. Now my bill was $823 and my down payment was not was be said it was going to be and didn't even have the decency to get a Lyft..he said when can u get here... anyways the TAKE HOME MESSAGE for these crooks is don't get a soft credit check...whatever amount you get....I assure you that your bill will reflect what u got approved for ...SHAME ON YOU.....

Nice people,

We had the pleasure of working with Mel Bray, he was amazing. Everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. Mel loves his work and it shows, he got us a good deal and helped with our car insurance. Definitely worth stopping by here first.

This company forgets the importance of a customer, they only seek to sell defective trucks and treat a customer with lies and deceptions. I bought a titan 2023 and afther two months the transmisson stops working without mentioning the electrical details they already have more than 20 days with it and they do not yet have a date for when they repair it to see if it works IF YOU PLAN TO BUY SOMETHING HERE , think about it more IT’S TRASH”
