WARNING DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!! WE WERE LEAD ASTRAY AND LIED TO ABOUT THE 2008 GMC ACADIA WE BOUGHT! WE WERE TOLD IT WAS AN AMAZING DEAL AND IT RUNS NEAR PERFECTLY. IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE AND HAS COST US WAY MORE MONEY THAN IT IS WORTH!! WE'VE HAD IT IN THE SHOP MORE THAN WE'VE HAD IT HOME!! ALSO WE WERE EXTREMELY OVERCHARGED FOR IT!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE, RUN FAST!

Pulled in to buy a SUV. They had several on the lot . Bill took his time with me and was very polite.. I bought a Nissian pathfinder (great vehicle). Bought 2 more cars for family members within 3 months… NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

They were friendly , car nsit wasn’t going to work out for me but no complaints as they were nice people.

The owner did not want to answer my questions and changed the subject. He wanted to control the conversation but refused to answer a simple question with no eye contact which resulted in frustration and he told my family and me, to leave his dealership. Improper level of politeness when he does not have an answer. Wow, I guess that is how you serve the customer nowadays.

I drove from central phoenix to this dealership with 4 cars in particular that I wanted to look at and purchase on the spot with cash if I liked any of the 4. I arrive at 5:45, walked up to the door to see if they were open since both open signs were off, and a gentleman comes to the door. I ask if they are closed and he replied yes. I then asked what time they closed, he informed my at 6pm they closed, so I said oh so 15 minutes early today, his reply was disrespectful and misogynistic.. "oh sweetheart, we can close whenever we'd like... I guess they weren't wanting a cash sale this evening. If you have any respect for yourself spend your hard earned money somewhere else..

All transactions from choosing, financing, trading in my car, registering my newly purchased car and signing and understanding all documents went more efficient then I've ever experienced. Very pleasant staff. I was in and out in no time. Thanks Bill
