Purchased a 2012 TDI (dieselgate) Golf with 104k for well
Purchased a 2012 TDI (dieselgate) Golf with 104k for well over double kelly blue book value. Overall experience was painless and quick. Salesman was easy to work with and professional. Paid cash. The salesman stated that he had no ability to change price that is the owner's policy and the owner is probably on a yacht somewhere in the Gulf. Have not had major problems with the car and it runs fine as I would expect for a car with 100k. Car had been in multiple wrecks so the body panels don't line up and the wheels have major curb rash. Within 10k miles I had to replace over $3K worth of components including a wheel bearing, control arm, and a shredded serpentine belt. The belt was literally cut in half the long way and I don't know how their "service" department overlooked that. Yes the vehicle is safe to sell but c'mon I am paying top dollar. Leaks oil and it looks like a lot of the maintenance was ignored as it was just a trade in. There are still burn holes in the headliner from the PO ashing their blunt. Over $16k invested already on a $3-5k car and I am kicking myself because it seems to be a money pit at this point. I could have had a new camry or altima for the same price. I like the vehicle but will not be returning to this dealership. I won't tell people how to spend their money but I will say you should spend it wisely and think twice about this place if you see something you want it is probably junk.

Not recommended. #1 Rear section of exhaust system was missing (rusted off) from vehicle. When told the dealership they played it off as no big deal. #2 When I started the vehicle the check engine light was on. We checked it with a scanner and determined it was a misfire code. It did have a rough idle. They cleared the code and said it was no big deal. (Faulty coil-on-plug). #3 When I asked for a purchase order the total was significantly higher than expected. When I checked the prices it was $1000 more than the big red SALE tag hanging from the review mirror. When I questioned them they said they had accidentally placed the tag. Classic bait-and-switch. Three strikes, you’re out. A few days later I bought a similar Toyota Tundra from another dealership. It was newer, had less miles and was HALF the cost. Buyer beware.

I live across the state from I-Deal and bought a car from them. It started with a walk around video, then I got a pre purchase mechanic to look at it, then the paperwork and finally shipping. They went above & beyond expectations during the whole process. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I drove over an hour to see a black Hummer, it looked nice on pictures. What a peace of work, the car had a bad Ac/Heat system, the rear windows did not work the high beams did not work. All four tires were dry rotted and the air bag sensor light was on. Joe the sales person told me he spoke to the owner and gave me a $750 discount with no warranty. They really thought I would give them 17K for a truck that needs work like that and I really don't know how it passed State inspection. Beware!!!

My name is Bryan and I bought my Jeep from Ideal Cars,
My name is Bryan and I bought my Jeep from Ideal Cars, LLC. My experience was mostly over the phone, as I live out of state. I worked with Joey to process the deal and he was 100% true to his word on all details of our transaction during my visit and test drive. I bought my Jeep from him. I am very pleased by my experience and I love my Jeep. If I am in the market in the future and I see the vehicle that I want at his dealership, I'd drive the 2+ hours again to give him my business.

Joey was great to work with.
Joey was great to work with. He was honest and not pushy. I was able to browse the car at my pace without someone standing over me. Thank you so much!

I got a 2006 ford f150 truck.
I got a 2006 ford f150 truck. It's Rusting underneath the truck. I have to spend $ 800.00 to 900.00 to fix to it. If you going to buy a Vehicle from this place. Take the vehicle to your mechanic to see if the vehicle is in good condition. Don't trust I deal cars place. If I knew about this truck I will not buy this truck. 😤 😡
