Bought my new C-HR last Sunday. Was nervous to buy since being a women and not knowing much about car deals, Went in and Ryan Murphy approached me. From the customer service desk to the waiting room, I received courteous pleasant service. I had my brake fluid and coolant flushed plus a new battery.... I waited in the comfortable waiting lounge and it wasn't that long of a wait.

We had our 2018 Sienna in for its first oil change as well as for a look at a passenger seatbelt. We had noticed that a back seat belt was difficult... to pull out during our trip up north. Richard Jiron, who helped us with the sale of the car, worked with the service department to get the seatbelt taken care of and called later to make sure all went well. We have been very happy with our Sienna and with the excellent service at Larry H Miller, especially with Mr. Jiron.

The two men who help me find a car were really professional, they listen to what type car I wanted. they spent a lot of time with me but there was no... pressure for getting me to buy any particular car. They worked together well so no matter what day I was there one of them was there to work with me. They also gave me a feeling that if something was wrong with the car they would see it got fixed before I left the dealership. I bought a 2012 Camry so I know that I really got excellent service. At other dealers they try to force you to buy something before you live their lot. They were just easy going about the whole experience. Then work well together and I really enjoyed talking with them. They even delivered my care to my house so I could drive my current car home. they never gave me the impression that I needed to make a decision on a car. I saw a lot of cars before they found the right one. I am very happy that I finally got the care I was looking for and if I buy another car I will head to your dealership but I would like to have Simon or Adrian work with me.

We went into the dealership hoping to get a new blue Prius. Brittany did an excellent job of finding one for us, succeding were many other dealers had... failed due to thier rarity. Unfortunately, when we when to purchase the car we found that it just not as good as the 2016 Prius we have leased for the last three years. Brittany was so supportive and understanding. She helped us purchase our leased car, which we put a roof rack on and new mats to make new. Rodney and Michael were very helpful with the paperwork. I am very happy with my used car purchase, knowing how well it was cared for by the previous people who leased it (us.)
