I had a great experience at this dealership when looking for a new car. Went window shopping and ended up leaving with a great deal on a new car. Krishma Fahim helped me narrow down on a car I wanted and provided multiple pricing options to fit my needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the different cars, and was very personable the entire time. Even when at the last minute I decided I wanted a different color for the car, she went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get it. I highly recommend this BMW of Alexandria and working with Krishma.

There was an initial glitch with my confirmed appointment - but the team above were both honest and great at making me feel a priority. The situation was resolved to my total satisfaction with little impact other than feeling more valued as a service client. It was great team work that followed through to my driving out of the dealership.

I received great service from my Service Advisor, Daniel Braslavskiy, even though I had no scheduled appointment. He clearly and fully answered all my service questions. I needed all new tires and various other time-consuming service work. Despite this, he was able to get the car back to me promptly in the afternoon.
