Registration was not transferred over after 3 months and they said they would handle it. Price agreement was not the same. Usb was given for paperwork... signed rather than official documents. One paper said any verbal agreement was void ( slid that one under me) read what u sign! And so much more. They forced me to tint my windows and charged me 600 for helium in the tires too. Couldn’t get out of it! They would not go through my bank with a 800 credit score and hard pulled my credit 7 times to get any bank they wanted at a super high interest rate. Will never use them again.

Truly disappointing. They were happy to sell me a car and get me out the door, however, the next 3 months were a constant headache. So many phone calls,... so many unreturned voicemails trying to get temporary registrations renewed, trying to talk to absolutely anyone about what was going on because they not once, but twice mailed my plates to the wrong address. I live 10 minutes down the road, I would have happily picked them up but no one will talk to you. It took so long they were finally unable to renew my temporary registration, left me stranded for days with a car I couldn't drive before magically getting me plates. The folks at the front desk are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it stops there.

Absolutely the worst dealership!! Total SCAM!!!Found a car on their website and came to an agreement over the phone due to Covid19!! Vehicle was a 2017... Lexus ES300 Hybrid.. They have sent us all the documents regarding the vehicle!! Good report on CarFax and good report on the vehicle inspection that was done by their service department!!! SCAM begins here!!! They have measured paint readings on the vehicle and reported 9.5 on the hood and 5.5-6.0 on rest of the hood!! When we asked about it they said it was a touch up to cover up some chips!! Which we were okay with!! They prepared all required paperwork and we made an appointment to meet and check the vehicle and sign the papers!! By all means my wife and I are not professionals at telling if the vehicle has ever been in a accident or if it was ever repaired!! Just by looking at the front of this vehicle we knew something was wrong!! First of all Lexus emblem on every single hybrid vehicle is BLUE but this was black!!! Oops they missed to cover that up!! We even called Lexus dealership to confirm and was told it has to be a blue emblem on all hybrids!! Edge of the front bumper had paint chips and was clearly painted we could see the clear coat on it.. We told the sales guy wish they had been more honest and transparent with us from the beginning and we told him we weren’t going to purchase the vehicle the second we told him that he was gone!! No apology what so ever!! On our way home we called and ask to speak to their used car manager man was he absolutely RUDE!!! We had told him we saw the vehicle and decided not to buy because the vehicle was absolutely been in some sort of accident and didn’t even bother to tell us about it and he told us to Knock it off and that it’s normal for a vehicle to have a damage and that it didn’t happen while they had the vehicle it had to happen before!! Excuse me well at least tell me before I drove 1.5 hours to go see the vehicle!! Extremely RUDE and they were absolutely trying to scam us if we hadn’t caught the details!! No one ever bother to apologize instead we were told to knock it off by the used car manager, never mentioned to re inspect the vehicle to make sure we were wrong!! Be careful when purchasing a used vehicle they will lie and tell you you’re getting a great deal and the vehicle has no problems where in reality you’re actually getting a jacked up vehicle!!
I took my new Honda and for service after only a month and Jason Marcinko helped me and did a terrific job. It was a difficult repair but he kept me informed... and advised about the work to be done in the cost of the work the whole way. I could not be happier with anyone else but Jason.

I’m always looking for double-pluses, and I think I found one with Honda Subaru of Santa Fe. The first plus is the sales and service departments, which... are the best I’ve ever experienced, and in my 60 years I’ve bought many a car, so that’s saying something. In sales, our salesman most recently was Gregory Ryan, and he was the best car salesman, used or new, that I have ever done business with. Truly a pleasure, he was knowledgeable and conscientious throughout the process of buying a car, and made me feel like one of the family there. In the service department, I have worked repeatedly with Jason Marcinko, and he has always gone the extra mile to make sure the work on my car was done as quickly and inexpensively as possible, and that only quality parts were used. Thank you, Jason! The second plus is if you buy a Honda from them, you’re getting one of the best makes on the road, and since they’re a very well-run Honda dealership, they take good care of you, and of your car. I have bought both my cars, used Hondas, from them, and I’m very pleased. Even if I was thinking of buying a make other than Honda or Subaru, I would certainly go to Honda Subaru of Santa Fe first to see what they had available. The combination they have there of honest, professional, and just good people, is really special. If I did end up buying another make from them, I would definitely take it there to have it serviced.

We are new to the Albuquerque area, and, based on local recommendations for a dealer with good customer service, we decided to drive up to Santa Fe. Our... 2017 Outback had a recall issue requiring a software update and needed 30k routine maintenance. The service department is open 9A-5P on Saturdays which is a nice change from New Orleans dealers where service closes much earlier. I scheduled the 30k service on the following Saturday but had to schedule the recall service at a later date because we needed a Saturday appointment and the backlog of customers needing Takata airbag replacement. This was not a problem as our recall was not as urgent. On arriving at the dealership we were greeted warmly. The dealership was spotless and had two comfortable waiting areas, one with a tv and one without. One of the staff made fresh dark roast coffee. We are New Orleans natives, no weak coffee for us! We chatted for some time with a salesman about Subarus in general, improvements made for the new model year, upcoming improvements, and explored the latest model, the Ascent. He was genuine, engaging and knowledgeable. He knew we purchased our current Outback less than a year before, so we were not buyers. The dealership itself gets high marks. As far as service, we received a detailed account of service performed and service required in the near future. We also received a nice surprise; they updated the software for the recall so no second appointment was required. Our Subaru has run flawlessly since the service so top marks for the service department. At our request, they obligingly removed the license plate frame from our previous dealer and replaced it with one of their own. We are happy to give them the advertisement. This is our fourth Subaru, and I highly recommend Santa Fe Subaru.
