    Very Honest and high quality service. High qaulity vehicles available with obvious much care put into them before put out for sale. Made us feel welcome... and cared for in our purchase process. Very fair prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommended. Love our vehicle landrover lr2 hse which had low miles too! We use them for regular service care also which i love that they have a garage on the premises that has a wonderful mechanic with much knowledge for these types of cars at reasonable prices for service.

    At this point I've only spoken on the phone. I have a great feeling about these people. They seem to handle nice used cars (one owner, good records, well... maintained and clean) This is a husband and wife team. He's the mechanic and she deals with the client. They go over the car bringing the car into top road ready shape so the buyer can enjoy 100,000mi. as worry free as possible. They even replaced the tires and let me choose my choice of tires. Naturally I paid the difference. If more people approached selling used cars this way used car dealers would be thought of differently.

    In 2005 my wife and I bought our Land Rover fom a Land Rover dealer in NJ. That was an experience to say the least. We started having our Land Rover serviced... at East Chester Auto a couple of years ago. We heard from a neighbor who bought a car from them and uses East Chester for service that they advertise having a mechanic there that specialized in servicing Land Rovers. It was much closer to home so we started using them. We have always been 100% satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the owners there, so when it came time for us to buy a car for our teenage daughter we knew where we should go. When we sat down with Suzi, the owner we felt like we were a guest in her living room. It was nothing like walking into other dealers "showrooms" or finance offices (I dread that part of the buying process). If you want a great deal and excellent customer service give them a call.     About a month ago I was shopping for a new car. I had made myself crazy and was tired of "commission men" trying to shove a car down my throat for a sale.... I had stopped and spoken to Suzi about a Volvo they had. I returned one week later to buy the Volvo and wound up buying a BMW X5. I was amazed at the customer service and the care they took to make sure that I had the best/safest car possible. They actually spent money out of their own pockets and even traveled to New Jersey just to get a part it needed, the part was something that would have never even bothered me, but it bother them...dedication to say the least. I have told everyone I know about Suzi and Haider(sp). They make you feel like part of the family from the minute you walk in the door. I can never thank you both enough...I love Bruno! (that's what I've named him)

    I bought a Land Rover 06 LR3 from East Chester Auto Sales when looking for a replacement car after hurricane Sandy just few weeks ago, when I called to... inquire about the car, I realized the owner himself was on the phone and they had a specialized service shop for Land Rovers I though this could be a good place to buy the car I was looking for, I was never disappointed afterwards, I drove 120 miles north to inspect the car and meet the seller, all went right since then. Dealing with the dealer's owners directly can make any buyer feel more comfortable ( specially when they are like Suzanne and Haider) than the regular sales guy in duty looking just for "that" commission. They fixed a couple of things in a matter of days , and paid for a new spare "key/remote control" I asked for, Haider himself picked me and my wife up from the train station 18 miles away from the Dealer when we came to pick up the car after that service was done. I had to come back for a leak from the sunroof and when I dropped off the car at my earliest possible time by 11am, they put my car first for service ahead of other local ones so I could get home sooner 120 miles from there ,the leak was fixed and they even replaced a light bulb for free..... ........ short good story for a short good experience ,from now on if any possible malfunction occurs I can bring in the car for them to fix it even though there is a long distance cause they care, and that matters to any client, to me at least.
