I had a great experience at Borman, I saw the vehicle I wanted and that's exactly what I got at a great price. Larry "Larry the car guy"... was an outstanding car salesman as well as his finance team. He was very knowledgable about his inventory and polite. I am going to reccomend to all family and friends.
Saturday, my wife and I stopped by the Borman Honda and spoke with Ray Horvath. He was very helpful and made our experience as swift and enjoyable since... buying a car takes time. This was the fastest service in buying a new car, comfortable experience I had ever had. And I have bought several cars before. I would recommend Borman and specially Ray Horvarth for reliable and fast service. Leaving that day with our new car was awesome and I will surely come back to buy my next car at Borman with Ray helping me out.
My husband and I purchased a new Honda from Borman less than one month ago. The salesperson was very friendly and we trusted everything he said. The salesperson... enthusiastically also sold us on a 3M plastic coating for the front of the car to protect it from dings caused by rocks. The cost was several hundred dollars but he was able to get the cost reduced a few hundred dollars to $600. The salesperson said that the coating had a lifetime warranty. We had the coating put on the car the following week at the dealership. When my husband picked up the car, the paperwork that he was handed said that there was a "limited" warranty for only 5 years. When my husband called the salesperson for an explanation, he asked if we would like to have the coating removed or a refund. The salesman said to "let him check on that" and he'd get back to us. The salesman called back and said that in their training session, all of the salespeople were told that this product had a lifetime warranty. He also said that Borman was not willing to do anything about the miscommunication. We felt misled so my husband went back to Borman and spoke with one of the managers. The manager was kind and interested in "customer feedback" but still did not offer any kind of recompensation for their mistake. He did say that in their next training session, they would be sure and address this issue.
The salesperson spent a lot of time with us and was willing to let us test drive the vehicles in which we were interested as many times as necessary. ... However, when it came to making a deal it was all shenanigans. We asked for a bottom line on two different vehicles, both a lease and a purchase price, and they refused to do that. We had to pick one vehicle. Why not give us a comparison? Then it was all the back and forth shenanigans with "make us an offer"; well it's only good if you commit TODAY; everything had to go back to the sales manager. Such a huge waste of time! At another dealership we were able to get a lease and purchase quote within 10 minutes; different iterations as we requested for length of lease, mileage etc. We spent over two hours haggling back and forth with the salesperson and the sales manager and could never get a real breakdown of how they arrived at what our monthly payments would be. Also, they pulled a credit report before we even made a deal, which other dealerships do NOT do. This is not a reflection on the sales staff, but on the management of this dealership. They are not transparent - just want to play games and waste your time. They show no respect for their customers.
As a part of a repair, a new door was installed and painted. Additional areas were painted but unfortunatley flaws in the paint were apparent within days.... I took my vehicle in several times for the imperfections to be repaired. They claimed that they buffed the area but the appearance continued to deteriorate to the point where flecks of paint were falling off of the door. The previous (manufacturers) paint job lasted in excell of 10 years without these issues. The did not resolve the issue even thougth is was still under warently and they were informed of the issues promptlly after initial repair. I had 3 other repairs that I was happy with but I will not be returning as this was the most costly repair with the least acceptable results.
I responded to an ad on cars.com. I received two automated responses from the dealership. The first from a "manager" and the second from a salesman. The... second response said the car was being processed and that I would be contacted in a few days. Never heard a word after that.
I researched trucks and what features I wanted. Frank M was my sales man, I gave him what features I wanted and what my budget was. Frank never forced... me to spend more then I had and worked with me. He found me a truck and let me test drive others just to make sure I was getting the truck I wanted. After I test drove, the finance department worked with me to get the truck within budget. It was a great experience. I recommend going with Frank and the fiance department at Borman to get your next car.
Our sales person " vanessa moreno" was very professional. She did all in her experience to meet our needs in finding the car we were looking for. She gave... us several options from different males and models until we found our new 2018 honda crv. We're definitely going to recommend borman autoplex & specifically her as their sales person.
I was looking to buy a new Ford F-150 within a week and they had one I wanted but never answered my emails or phone calls. So I drove 7 hours away and... paid for a 2018 in full.
