This dealership is a gem in the rough of other choices in the area. Lots of options here since they have Hyundai, Honda, Mazda, and Ford/Lincoln.

Honestly, I was very impressed by how fast and efficient the whole process was, not to mention how well it was all explained to me. Being a first-time car buyer, I was worried I would miss things, but Braden Tidwell and Bruce Weinreich explained things in a clear and concise way, leaving me without any doubts. I also felt that they were attentive to whatever needs I might have had or worried about. Overall if I ever need to buy a new car or know someone who does. I would absolutely recommend Borman Hyundai for it.

Excellent service and follow-up. Informative and supportive, not at all pushy. Braden and Bruce were easy and pleasant to work with. Solid technical support with a sense of humor. Couple of unexpected surprises in the pricing when I spoke with the finance guy - the car price was MSRP, no haggle, but I wasn't told in advance about some of the fees. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

When we arrived for the appointment we test drove the pilot and we were sold. He was very knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured into buying anything we didn’t want. My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson from Borman. Braden Tidwell was our sales rep and he was extremely professional and polite. He answered all our questions and made sure we got a vehicle that met our needs. Also Sale's Manager Bruce Weinreich and Martin Espinoza from Finance worked hard to get us the financing we needed. You can tell the staff at Borman Hyundai really care about their customers.

Bought a used Ford F150 there on March 18, 2023. As of today, 4/13/2023, my trade has still not been paid off. That is almost one month. As a former dealership Controller, this is USUALLY a sign of a poor cash positiion, or a "we dont care" attitude in their business office. The lender on our trade calls DAILY, and they don't care that Borman is slooooooow. They just want their $$$$$$. Something like this hurts a person's credit rating. Something just seems off.

All of the sales personnel were very pleasant and helpful. They went out of the way to meet our needs.
