On Sept. 9 was offered 26,500, (Bruce Wittmeyer, and was told one time deal I leave, offer off the table) then on Sept. 26 was again offered 26,500 by... Benny Lucas, but on Sept. 27 when I brought the truck back in, I sat again with Bruce Wittmeyer, Was told there was a problem.. and would only offer me 25,000, and when I reminded him I had an offer of the 26,500 from him and Benny, he stated that the system NOW only allowed him 25,000 and would give me a call before noon on Sat Sept. 28... to explain the reason for the dollars...no call, so I had to called Bruce Wittmeyer after 2:00pm and he offered me 24,???... so what happen???? Bruce, explained that the computer system they use at the dealership they use dictates the dollars based on the VIN... I questions that they both he Bruce and Benny took the VIN number using their phone from the truck, and provided me with 26,500. So what occurred.... and I want the form I signed

Yesterday we received a car we ordered through Carvana. At first glance we realized it was in much worse shape cosmetically than the online pictures and... its description led us to believe (scratches on almost every surface, poorly done repairs, part of roof rack missing, etc.). We decided to return it and needed to find something pretty quickly to replace it. That afternoon, we went to Nissan in AH just to see if they had a similar car available for a reasonable price. We really didn't expect to buy something during that visit. Carl patiently showed us multiple options in nearly 100 degree heat (sorry, Carl!). We found one we loved and were out the door with it a few hours later. I haven't been to this dealership's service department yet, but every employee we talked with encouraged us to call or stop by if we have any questions about setup or problems. Carl was extremely helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy - we really appreciate him!
