    Whenever I’ve had my car serviced, it’s critical that I have a “Go To” person that I can trust without question This is especially true when I bring in my car for service at a dealership. From the first time I brought my 350Z to the service department at Arlington Nissan, Al Thacker has been my Go To guy. When Al says I need work, I know it’s needed. When Al says this is the lowest price for the work, I’ve seen him do a lot of work to come up with the bottom line. If I need a loaner, Al has one waiting when I come in. If I can’t get to the service department before it closes, Al has often waited until I can. On top of all this, Al is a pleasure to deal with. Arlington Nissan is indeed fortunate to have Al as a member of its service department team.

    I wrote a review on google, and I had to write a review on Cars.com! Amazing Team! Jim was the sales associate who helped me pick the right fit for me! He was patient with me and helped me navigated what Nissan had to offer. I would definitely recommend someone to purchase a car from here!

    If you are getting your car serviced, better make sure that they are not overcharging or ignoring warranties. They like to do that.

    We wanted to let everyone know the wonderful experience we had with the Arlington Nissan service department yesterday. . Al Thaker (Asst. Service Manager) went above and beyond in so many ways. He repeatedly drove with us in order to hear the rattle we were hearing when service did not hear it on a test ride. It was a hit or miss noise we would hear. Once he heard it he would not stop trying things until he identified a loose luggage rack pole. We were so happy once it was tightened and disappeared that we had to drive back just to let him know. He did other things as well that were truly impressive. We will never go anywhere else for our Pathfinder. We hope he gets recognized for his wonderful customer service.

    My husband and I were looking for a bigger car for our growing family and I found the Pathfinder online. When I called them to make sure the car was available they were so polite to have the car waiting for us when we got there. The entire process from start to finish was the most relaxing pleasant experience we ever had. We also had our 2 small kids with us and it was great. They were very professional explained everything took care of our trade, loan process, and it did not take all day like my previous car buying experiences. If your looking for great professional friendly service look no further than Arlington Nissan and they have amazing deals that are hard to beat.

    Their customer service is not the greatest when you ask them questions. When you are on the phone you are normally on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes. Everything I call to schedule a oil change, information about or anything else, I am always on hold.

    After going in to get an oil change I was offered to complete a 15,000 mile serivice for my Nissan Frontier which would cost $300 roughly I neglected the service and stated I just needed an oil change and that I would take care of the filters on my own since its Cheaper to buy them from a third party at which point the service advisor began to treat me poorly. I dropped off my vehicle and picked it up after being instructed the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived home I went to check my filters to see if they needed replacement to my surprise the filters had been removed both from my engine and cabin air filter. I immediately called The dealer and was informed that the Car was not equipped with filters after much arguing (30 minutes of going back and fourth) the service person Al stated that indeed my car should have filters and was unsure as to why they where removed. I was asked to leave my contact information and the service manager Nick would contact me it's been one week and I have yet to be contacted. After calling Nissan corporate I was Advised that they cannot force the dealer to call me or fix the issue since they are independently owned ! Never again will I or anyone I know purchase a Nissan !
