    This dealership sold my wife a 2013 Biuck Verano with very low miles. I negotiated with the used car manager for a very fair price. The salesman Paul walked me through the vehicle and told me everything about it. I was in and out of the finance office fast but not rushed or annoyed in anyway. The whole process took 90 minutes. Thank you to everyone at the Haggerty Buick Gmc for enjoyable buying experience.

    I bought 2012 Buick Enclave in Haggerty. I will definitely recommend Haggerty to my friends. Service is excellent. I spend little bit time there, but i didn't feel so bad because people there were very nice and friendly. I was more than happy that I spend time there. Also, at the moment when I bought the car AC on it didn't work, but they asked me to live it there to fix it for free!! So, now I am driving rented their car and waiting when they will call me.

    My wife and I brought our 2010 GMC Acadia in for an oil change recently. While we were waiting, we walked around the lot and spotted a slightly used 2015 Acadia. Since we have purchased 3 vehicles from Tony Z. over the years, we asked him if we could take it for a test drive. Long story short, we ended up making this our 4th vehicle purchased from Tony and we are very happy with our purchase!! The staff at Haggerty are very pleasant and professional and we have enjoyed working with Tony, Chris and Brian for our purchases. Overall another great buying experience.

    Fantastic no pressure buying experience. Worked with Jim B. Was very impressed with the whole staff. I was buying an older higher milage vehicle, and the experience was that of buying new! Everyone there was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership.

    For the last two weeks I have worked with Marco in sales on a 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Since I live 5 hours away I explained that the numbers and payment had to be at a certain point or I would not make the drive. To my surprise they came back with a very fair offer on our trade and a payment we could live with. But things went south from there. For one it took me several attempts just to get a deal sheet. Once I finally did I was satisfied and wanted to proceed. I had already given them my credit info and they ran it. I spoke with Chris, the business manager twice and he assured me that the financing was set and we were good to go, all I needed to do was call Marco and tell him we wanted the car. I did that and Marco started giving me the story that it is their policy not to hold cars but since I was out of town they would hold for 24 hours. This was in the middle of the week so I explained to him we would drive half way on Friday night and be at the dealership by the time they open at 9 am. He asked for my credit card so he could run the deposit on Friday morning. He kept telling me that the car could sell in between time and there was nothing he could do about it I went ahead and gave him my credit card and told him if it's meant to be it will happen. On Thursday I got a text in the afternoon that said the car had sold. I was not happy, especially since they had already ran my credit. My issue with all of this is if you are going to advertise on the internet and know buyers from all over will be looking at your cars why wouldn't you take a deposit to hold a car? I'm guessing they are so hard up for sales that they don't care how they treat customers. Maybe poor customer service is why they need those sales. I should have known something was wrong when it took me asking several times for the deal sheet. Marco told me that NO dealerships take deposits any more. I find that statement incorrect because I'm working with a dealer now that has said they would take a deposit no problem and we purchased our last car out of state, found it on Cars.com as well, and that dealer took a deposit and held our car for 2 weeks because we could not pick the car up because of winter weather. Again I believe those dealerships have more sales and probably can afford to extend this courteous to their customers. I'm not wanting a response, an apology, or contact from the dealer. They will say what they want to say and claim policy is policy. I just want it known to buyers looking at cars from Haggerty GMC Buick to beware about their antics. If they would have been honest with me in the beginning and told me they do not hold cars then I would have looked elsewhere and not given my credit information. I cannot just drop what I'm doing and take off work or change plans. We were only talking a couple days anyway. So buyers beware...they will sell that nice car you are looking at online. If you can't get there that day, don't buy it. Here is another funny thing...after I got the text from Marco telling me the car had sold I thought I would give them one more shot...Since they are part of a small chain and have other dealerships I asked if they had another Escalade similar to the one I was looking at...I've yet to get a response so that tells me they do not want my business.

    My daughter and I were shopping for a new/used Buck Encore. We did our research and visited a couple of dealers who had cars that we were interested in. From the time we initially visited Haggerty Buick GMC to test drive an Encore up until the time we actually closed the deal our experience was a very positive one. Our salesman, Ryan Leach was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable while not being pushy or trying to pressure us on a purchase. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted both Ryan and the Sales Manager, Tony Zaremba, worked very hard to get us to a price and financing structure that worked for my daughter. They never tried the old high pressure sales approach that so many car dealers use and made the first buying experience for my daughter a very positive one. I have bought many cars over the past 35+ years and have seen the good and the bad from car dealers around the Chicago and have had some really negative experiences. I mention that only to amplify what a refreshing and positive experience that my daughter and I had at Haggerty Buick GMC. It impressed me and left her with a great experience that will make future car buying something she will look forward to vs. something to be dreaded. Hats off the Haggerty Team for making our experience such a great one!

    I recently purchased a GMC Acadia denali from Haggerty Buick GMC. I visited the dealership and was immediately greeted in the parking lot by Danny in such a professional & friendly way. He was very patient and informative in helping me decide on the best make/model/year for my budget and needs. He immediately put me at ease. I knew I wanted to buy a car from them b/c I felt trust, honesty and integrity. Danny worked hard to find the car I wanted and updated me along the way. He could not have been more professional or more helpful. It was first class service from the beginning to end. Bill,the General Manager, took time to meet me when I was in the dealership as well. First Class organization. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest accommodating & trustworthy. I am thrilled with my purchase and confident the service will be as pain free as the purchase was.
