    I worked with used vehicle salesman Marte Christian, he was very easy to communicate with & understood what I was looking for in a truck, making it a flawless transaction. Finance Manager Scott Connell took care of the paper work side of things & I was on the road back to Missouri in my 2015 Silverado.

    Todd Galliart in the Service Department at Jim Norton Chevy is a man of his word! I was missing some information on warranties and wanted documents in writing. He did was he said he was going to do and provided me more than what I asked for in very quick time! AWESOME!

    Jim Norton was recommended to me by a long-time resident of OK. I had just bought a pre-owned vehicle from another Chevy Dealer 3 months earlier-the mechanical issues and lack of resolution had me very leery of another experience. I made an appointment with Marie Bowers and the process began. Marie went above & beyond all my expectations for helping me find the vehicle that was right for me - that I enjoy driving each day, can afford the payments and have peace of mind with the manufacture's warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits! From something as simple as the color of the vehicle to the bells & whistles! She answered all my questions. She sent me home with different vehicles to try. She truly was concerned about helping me make a decision that I am happy with far beyond the sale. Because of Marie Bowers, I am driving a car that I am completely satisfied with and will not have to stress if any mechanical issues occur or routine maintenance needs happen - because of the warranty! Marie has made me a life-time Jim Norton Chevy Girl!

    Had a very bad experience with the service department. Very long story so I wont bother with all the details. Spoke with the GM and he basically gave me the standard apology and defended his employees. I got the feeling that he didn't really care if I returned or not.
