I had a pleasant buying experience with the guys of Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. I came in to check out a certain car I saw online & after browsing the lot for a few mins, I was greeted by one of the guys who asked if I've been helped. He then got Bryan to assist me. Bryan is awesome! He immediately explained to me what they do and was upfront about the cars. After I decided not to go for the car I initially came to see, I test drove a Jeep and loved it. Bryan gave me the info about the car and suggested a place for financing, he wasn't at all pushy or aggressive like you'd expect from most car salesmen. The next afternoon he called to check in, and after a bump in the road, everything was in order and I was able to buy my new Jeep! Give NKY Auto Sales a try!

Horrible, worst car purchase we have ever made. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! Paid $22,000 cash on 2/27/2022 and still as of 5/26/2022 do not have a title to the car. Owner said he would give me back my money since it has been 12 weeks and still no title however now won’t answer the phone and apparently only works when someone is NOT looking to speak with him. 2021 car with 1500 miles on it when bought, no title given and has already spent 5 days in their shop due to maintenance issues. SCAM ALERT!

They never contacted me about the car that I was interested in buying. Very unprofessional.

Didn't take long to realize Bryan did actually hide a number of flaws with the car that may have changed my mind on the purchase of this particular vehicle. So, while they aren't HORRIBLE, they are kinda xxxxty people just like any dealership

Brian was amazing to work with. Our Lord put the right people in our path. Brian helped us so much and we’re really appreciative for that. There was no pressure at all and he was very patient and kind with us. It was a real pleasure working with him. Jake was also very helpful in getting us to the truck. Thanks again Jake.
