Super Happy

Rich Shinnick was very nice and patient during the entire process. He looked for a key for quite some time but never gave up. I decided eventually on the Durango. I will recommend the dealership to everyone.

It was terrible!! The worst experience
I had the worst experience with dealerships ever here. We come to agreement on a price over the phone, and I called at least 3 times to confirm the price, then I went there and after spending 60 $ to go there and spending 5 hours until 11:30 PM for paperwork there, when we were gonna sign the contract, they told that the price is 5000$ more. The even worse part was that, when I was talking to salesperson alone, he accepted that he offered 5000$ less (i really don't know why) but when the sales manger came back, he denied what he said only 2 minutes ago. I had headache all the night ...

We followed the requests made regarding the amount financed, payment, and down payment. Our Sales manager, Jeff Webber, was under the impression everything had been clarified. Confusion arose once we progressed to the business office to finalize the paperwork. We explained and documented based on the worksheet used during the negotiation, but we apologize we did not meet your expectations.
