worst customer service

We have bought multiple cars from this dealership from Joe Perry and I was absolutely disgusted at the way he treated me when I walked in today. he told me in the waiting room in front of other people that he could not help me because my credit wasn't great. He insulted my Co signer in front of these people as well and I walked out of there feeling awful. The manager Kenny couldn't have been more pleasant and apologized on his behalf. I have bought at least 7 or 8 cars from this dealer but I can honestly say I won't be back.

Very happy person!!!

Great experience buying with Rich Shinnick at Heritage. I came in with a price I wanted to pay and THAT is what I'm paying!!! Pretty simple process. Other dealers didn't come close! I highly recommend Heritage when shopping for a car.

Great Car Buying Experience

I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with Jared. He is professional and keeps you comfortable and smiling unlike some car salesmen that are pushy. It wasn't easy because I can be indecisive but he helped me narrow down my choices to one vehicle that I absolutely love. He even helped make sure everything was taken care of after I made my purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Jared Wright.

Coming from Steeler Country

Rich Shinnick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from him after he gave me an honest price and no hidden fees once I got here. I would come back to Heritage Jeep to buy a vehicle again.

It was terrible!! The worst experience

I had the worst experience with dealrships ever here. We come to agreement on a price over the phone, and I called at least 3 times to confirm the price, then I went there and after spending 60 $ to go there and spending 5 hours until 11:30 PM for paperwork there, when we were gonna sign the contract, they told that the price is 5000$ more. The even worse part was that, when I was talking to salesperson alone, he accepted that he offered 5000$ less (i really don't know why) but when the sales manger came back, he denied what he said only 2 minutes ago. I had headache all the night ...
