After shopping at 10 other dealers, I stopped into Heritage to be greeted with A Big Smile and a honest car salesman, Jared Wright. Jared and I sat down to go over cars. He was very genuine in his overview, noting things most car salesman try to brush over. I completely enjoyed my experience with Heritage and Jared. I would absolutely purchase every car I need from them.

Came in to look and get a great price and walking out a proud new owner of a gorgeous Jeep. Rich Shinnick was my sales rep and from the moment I walked in the door and until I walked out, he was looking out for me and helping me get the best deal and in a timely manner. Also worth noting is the Internet Manager Chris Thompson, who helped me find the exact vehicle I ended up with, even when I had my doubts. I recently purchased a new Jeep Rubicon from Jared Wright at Heritage and he was awesome. Jared was friendly, funny, and super helpful. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership, and I will definitely go to them for future vehicles. Not only was Jared wonderful, but I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Hoffman, the finance manager, for a second time. Dave is friendly and a genuinely nice person. Straightforward and Honest
Buying a new car can be a pleasant experience or a bad one, two factors affect this in my experience; the attitude of the customer going in and the intelligence of the salesman/dealership. My experience with Heritage buying a new Wrangler from Rich Shinnick was excellent because he listened, treated me with intelligence and respect and tried to make a realistic deal work for me (and them, this is a business after all). We had to bring a car in from another dealer and Rich dove 2 hours each way through a rain soaked evening to go get it and the dealership then stayed open 'til nearly midnight to deliver the car. It's hard to argue with that kind of customer service. Tony in finance is worth a shout out to for keeping it simple and lighthearted.

It has been a nightmare dealing with them since day one. I bought a brand new GC overland from them, and there was a flaw in the car, I was told by the salesman (Daniel) that they will order the parts and repair it( Even have it in writing). After they were not able to fix the problem Brent told me that I should not listen to the salesman, since they don't know what going on in parts, and can't tell me what can be fixed or not. Brent said there is nothing he can do and it's my problem. I ended up calling Jeep, and they were able to make a deal with me to keep the car. Last week I scheduled an appointment to replace parts due to a recall. I took half day off work, and when I got there I was told that they don't even have the parts. Brent told me that it's my fault for not reading the recall letter that was sent out to me,which state that they are waiting on parts. I had that letter for a few months, and why would you schedule an appointment and make me lose a half day of work if you don't have the parts? I am looking at buying a new SRT, and I will never go back to this dealer, and I'll be sure to warn people to steer clear.

Leased Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015
Erik Sparks helped us lease a new, 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. It was a very pleasant process with Erik. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us test drive the Laredo and Limited so we could see the differences. He also showed us lots of lease & buy scenarios, so we could find what best fit our budget. We never felt pressured by Erik to do what was best for him or the dealership. But rather, he let us find what was best for our situation. Finalizing our lease paperwork took quite awhile, but it was a very busy Saturday at the dealership, which is likely why. That would not change my decision to lease from Heritage.
