We've had great experiences with Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Owings Mills. We purchased our 3rd jeep there recently and have been taking our others there for routine servicing. The staff in all departments are totally customer service oriented and make you feel like family. We never felt pressured to buy and are completely satisfied with the terms of our purchases. Review of Chris Burnette and Heritage
Chris was incredibly accommodating. We arrived to Heritage while he was on his lunch break. When he came back to the facility, he hadn't even eaten. Regardless of how famished he was, like a soldier, Chris went forward with taking care of us. He truly values his customers. He went out of his way to close our deal and met every one of our needs. We are so very grateful for everything he has done for us. I hope that his boss can give him a month's worth of free lunches and a GENEROUS bonus! He deserves it! Thanks so much, Chris! YOU ROCK!!!!!
