The car salesman at this dealership is more than your average dealer. They actually listens to their customers and they go above and beyond to provide quality service to their customers. I recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from them and the amazing level of service that I received did not, in any way, compare to the actual car. They were AMAZING, even after finding out that I had some minor credit issues, they still took the time to make sure that all of needs were taken care of as well as making sure that all of the features that I were looking for in a new car were offered. There are no words for how special they made me feel as a customer and I will never forget it. I wish I could have purchased 100 cars from them just so I could continue to receive the level of service that I did on 12/17/2014. This was the BEST experience I have ever had, whereas before, I had always dread going to dealerships because they were hype you up, only to let you down but Heritage Chrysler of Owings Mills did not do this. Everything was great. Found a car online I liked, they worked with me to get it for the monthly payment I could afford. They were very accommodating offering to do the deal at my house. My daugher enjoyed running around their break room playing with the toys and magazines. When I was ready to go the salesman Eric made sure I knew how to use all the features and took the car back when I noticed some sticky stuff on the hood. They quickly cleaned and buffed it out. Would definitely recommend this dealership and will come back for future car needs.

We've bought several cars in the past and have never had an experience quite like we have at Heritage. The sales manager was polite and on task. He worked extremely hard to get us what we needed and what we were looking for. We also had a pretty amazing Salesperson. Although the car buying experience is always long and tedious we found the atmosphere to be that of non comparable quality. Jay Murmuridis (salesperson) was attentive and courteous throughout our entire experience.

Jay M. really made my experience great today. It was a late birthday present for me and a needed vehicle purchase and Jay made sure that I received what I wanted and needed. My 2014 Fiat 500L wouldn't start so we had it towed to Heritage. I arrived at 2pm and needed my vehicle to be at a 3:30pm interview. Donna assured me I would get to to the interview on time. Donna rushed to get me a rental and I made it to the interview at 3:25pm!! Donna made my concerns her priority and worked effectively to ensure I would not be late. In addition, she made my worries go away on an already stressful day. Thank you Donna for all you did. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle she made sure all updates were made on the vehicle. Donna's excellent customer service and ability to empathize with my situation was more than I could of asked for in this type of situation. Thank you once again PS Donna said I would get the job and I did!!!
