GREAT EXPERINCE BUYING MY 30th EDITION CARAVAN
I went to buy a reasonably priced caravan. And came in during an "employee price" week! We absolutely adore our van and the CUSTOMER SERVICE by new car sales man ED STILL was superb!! Thank You guys!!!

Mile One is King
Brian: Attached is the video of my daughter receiving her new jeep for her surprise graduation present (part two of video will follow). You can tell by her tears she loves the car. I would like to thank you for referring me to MIle One Heritage for my second purchase there (2005 suburban still running strong) and the continued AMAZING service everyone provided. I can't even count how many vehicles we have purchased from you and Jerry (currently 9 in the driveway) but I can tell you the courtesy and help by all still remains of 5-Star quality. Mike, Ken, and Rich greeted my daughter and I and walked thru the entire process of the car buying experience which was a great benefit to her. Dave Hoffman, in the finance department, was extremely professional and stayed after the dealership closed to present all the options offered. Ken scoured the nation looking for a black jeep w/black leather and found one for us, which really made a huge difference. She always wanted a Jeep and the test drive sealed the deal. Rich delivered the vehicle to my sisters house the day of her graduation from college and we gave it to her after dinner at the capital grille. She was totally surprised. All the little things done my your employee's really helps out tremendously. Dealer When Out of Their Way to Work With Us
I was impress with how hard the personnel here worked to get my business. Most other dealers had a take it or leave it attitude. Jay Murmuritis, my salesman kept in constant contact and worked hard to get me what I wanted at the best possible price. I searched very hard to find just the vehicle with just the right options I wanted which I was unable to do locally. When the car I found on their lot became unavailable, they made sure they found one identical right down to the color. Working from long distance and not having the dealership close enough for maintenance is a bit of an issue, but I do not regret my decision. I would highly recommend you check Heritage Chrysler Jeep out even if you have to go a bit out of your way. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised.

Considering the amount of people purchasing their vehicles today of all days (Memorial Weekend). Rich Shinnick wasn't short, he went out of his way to help us in every detail of the car buying experience. I asked him about the cracking of the leather steering wheel. He informed me about this new product, "Auto Armor." I am super excited to learn about the product. I have been to a lot of dealerships and this is the first dealership that I didn't get me angry or upset. I feel very comfortable dealing with Rich Shinnick and Heritage in general.

I Love This Place!
I bought a new Dodge Charger. This my first new domestic car. I love the car and my buying experience at Heritage was the best! Everyone was courteous and professional. Rick Zuckerman the finance manager was especially helpful. My sales associate Danielle Gmernicki is the best!! I definitely would recommend Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!!

New Car
I went to the Dodge Heritage in Owings Mills to buy a car that I had researched for 3 months. I went into the dealership, was immediately alloted a test drive and with the help of Erik Sparks (salesman), and after that went right into signing paperwork. This is my first vehicle purchase and I definitely did not expect such a smooth experience. Erik was helpful in quickly getting through the financing options, and, although a bit stressful, was a good experience. I highly recommend anyone come to this dealership for their vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed!

Express Car Buying Experience!
Girl finds Jeep online, loves Jeep, and sends request for info. Amy Kemery was supurb in her execution of the three-Ps (prompt, professional, and pleasant). It was a joy engaging with her over the phone and receiving information within minutes of my E-mails. It was that great initial contact that pushed me to get out to the dealership and see the vehicle that evening. After a long day working in the Capitol, plus an hour commute home, my husband and I drove 2 hours to the dealership, arriving after 7pm (they close at 9pm). But, the time of our arrival was no issue. While Amy was busy with another customer, Chris Burnette did a great job working with us during a test drive and offering excellent product knowledge of "my" 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was the closer :-) Yes, we bought it and took it home that night. I had financing ready; but, as smooth as everything went, I think it would have gone just as quickly had I financed through the dealership. It was almost 9pm before I committed to the purchase, but they stayed an hour past closing to finish the process so we would not have to come back out the next day (though I was willing to do so if necessary). There was absolutely no hassle or pressure from the sales personnel or staff. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely do it again. Thanks to the great folks at Heritage - Fiat building staff and Service Dept. You Rock!
