Living in the woods!

Rich Shinnick was very helpful. Made the buying process go by smoothly.Excellent knowledge of the entire Jeep. Even told that me the grill signifies that Jeep is on seven continents. Completely laid back approach and didn't feel pressured at all. Thanks Heritage!!!

The perfect pitch wasn't a sales pitch

When you're buying a car you expect the sales pitches to come fast and furious, but the experience I had at heritage was completely different than expected. I spent months researching my purchase and when I was finally ready I began dealing with at least 15 Jeep dealerships within a 250 mile radius. Heritage's first and perfect pitch was Joe Perry, the heritage employee who worked with me to find what I wanted. Notice what I said and what I didn't say. I didn't refer to Joe as a salesman because he treated me more like a friend. I did say "what I wanted" because Joe listened to exactly what I wanted, didn't try to up sell me, and got me the best price for my vehicle within a 250 mile range. Bottom line, Joe made buying my new Jeep feel like I wasn't buying a new jeep and completely eliminated the stress associated with new vehicle purchase. I will refer anyone looking for a new car and a great purchasing experience to Joe Perry at Heritage. Joe thank you I'm very happy with the jeep. Tip for Heritage, keep folks around like Joe.

COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY!

I will tell you from my experience dealing with car dealers HERITAGE CDJ is a tier above the rest. They take care of your needs from start to finish. The process is super EASY! Happy Person

We brought our Jeep at Heritage back in 2007. We decided that we wanted to upgrade to a larger car, so we headed back to Heritage because our first experience was so wonderful. Rich Shinnick is the best! He not only handled the trade in of our car, but he showed us various cars that fit our criteria. The entire process was easy and the customer service was amazing. We highly recommend Rich and Heritage.

Very Impressed!!!!

i was first blown away with the price listed on the internet for the specific vehicle i was looking for. It was at least $3000 cheaper than any competitor in the area. I made the phone call to speak with an salesman and that's when i began working with Ian Kapplin. Ian was equally as excited about the vehicle as i was. He greeted me at the door as i walked into the dealership. Ian was prepared and eager from that moment to make me as comfortable and relaxed about the whole buying process. After doing the numbers i had the opportunity to meet Dave Hoffman the Finance Director, Awesome!! Loved Daves energy. Dave walked in with a big " Oh Yeah and High Five" to congratulate me on making a Dream Purchase! Dave worked diligently to get my payments where i wanted them and i couldn't be more happy. Before leaving, Sales Director Phillip Stillman, once again congratulated me on joining the Heritage Family and assured me that i would get my $50 gift card for taking the test drive. Thank all you guys for an awesome experience!

Rich Shinnick is the BEST! Love our Dodge RAM 3500

I have bought 3 cars/trucks from Heritage Chrysler in Owings Mills in the past 2 years and Rich was by far the BEST sales person I have ever worked with. Very Helpful

I came into the dealership today to just look at some options for a new car. I explained my reasoning to get a new car and Phillip was very understanding and willing to assist. Phillip talked with me about possible car options, payments, accessories, etc, to make sure I had a full understanding of the cars. Through great customer service and incentives/deals he got me all set up to get a new car the same day. Phillip knew I needed a specific price range and met that by doing everything he could for me. He was patient and knowledgeable and I didn't feel any pressure during the process.
