Proud new owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee!
I knew I wanted a Jeep, so I researched best places to purchase a Jeep in MD. Heritage was #1 hands down. I read through the customer reviews and saw Steve Gonzalez name pop up numerous times. I requested to sit down with him and it was the best decision I made. He laid everything out for me and stayed in constant contact throughout the process. My experience with Heritage Dodge has been rewarding in many ways. First their customer service is very good, sensitive, personal, and very reliable. Secondly, as far as the shop personal. They are professional, educated, and honest. This is the experience that I have had with Heritage Dodge. I hope that this experience that I have had will continue. And that is the reason why I have purchased another vehicle. Rich Shinnick, my salesman is fantastic! He has a sense of humor and is very comforting. Warm spirit and sincere. Honest person and delightful to be around. If you didn't know any better you would think you are up here to hang out with the dude (Rich) and not just to buy a car.
