Purchased Used 2010 Jeep
I used Cars.com to compare prices and features/mileage on the Jeep that I wanted with my local Carmax dealership in Virginia. I found the Heritage price much better for the exact same vehicle, and they offered the same trade amount on my trade-in vehicle. Customer service was great, it just took a little while longer than I would have liked to complete the sale. Sales staff was very knowledgeable of the Jeep product, and took the time before and after the sale to ensure that everything was taken care of, including something I had forgotten in my old car. Finance staff was professional and quick, and made sure I understood the implications of all aspects of the purchase. Great experience overall, and I am extraordinarily happy with the Jeep Commander I bought.

New Caravan - great experience
After doing an online search for great bargains and responsive service, we drove an hour and a half to take a test drive on a Dodge Caravan. We were directed to Steve Gonzalez. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had a great test drive and ultimately purchased our new van. The process was direct, and the price negotiation was happily resolved! We look forward to many happy trips with our grandkids - now that grandma and grandpa have a DVD system in the car! Many thanks to Steve for a positive experience.
