Worst Dealership & Salesman in Alabama

If you're wanting to buy a vehicle, never use this dealership and especially not the salesman named Alfred Simpson. They do not stand behind their word, they tell you lies, and will not keep their promises.

Crooks

Awful experience with sales man Alfred. He promised me so much in my process of saying no to the new vehicle at this time, almost scamming me to purchase so he could get a sell and receive commissions. I know it’s a pandemic and hard times but this man should be fired or put on a warning.

Do NOT use their service department!!!!! Let me repeat this - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO GET REPAIRED!!!!! They lie to you and do not fix your vehicle. Dealer Rater needs to have a NEGATIVE "5" star rating for this so called dealer service center! My Jeep is under factory warranty and was there for 3 months and was never touched. Taking it to another dealership this weekend. Take your car to King Auto Corner Jeep service dept. and find out for yourself, LOL!!!!! WHAT A JOKE this service center is!

Worse service repair

Bought my Chevy Traverse from here and ever since I've bought it I took it there for service. Because it was new was most the oil change and tire rotation. Recently had a check engine sign so I took it to them. Basically the way they repaired it and charge me 300 was zip tie and glue. Sometime later driving down the road the part came off and have to spend more money and three hours stranded to have it fixed by someone else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE FOR SERVICE.

I have purchased a dozen new autos in my life. This was the best experience I have every had when buying a new car. The salesman David Breedlove is a super person and so easy to talk with.. The sales manager Mr. Jimmy Scoggins was also super and helped us to get a very good deal. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchase of A New Car

I just purchased a Lincoln MKS from King Ford Dealership. I was very pleased with the service of everyone that I dealt with. David Breedlove was the salesman that assisted me through this process. He was very kind and very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I looked at and test drove.. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
