After leaving a review I was contacted by Anh Bui and she did make the whole situation right by assuring me that the sales associates would receive better... coaching and training. It goes a long way that someone reached out to be to correct the situation. I still would not recommend my specific sales associate (Adriana), but the dealership as whole seems to care about their reputation so I'm hopeful that others will receive a great car buying experience!
I was given my car (the day which I had agreed I would pick it up) on empty and was told they would fill it up., Now I'm told they don't fill up gas tanks... on used cars (no matter what dealership ever dealership should give you your car with a full tank of gas). Also I was clear in my communication on when I would come in, fill out paperwork, and pick up my car then I get a call on the holiday asking where my financing check is...well per my previous email I'm dropping it off Tuesday like I communicated to my dealer Adriana. They apologized but this was not communicated to them... Now I'm told that I have 30 days to report anything wrong with the car and for $100 they will replace it (anything but body damage). Even received an email from the dealing saying it "should be covered" and conveniently I call and it's not. I would never recommend this dealership, it's close to my work and convenient and that it the one benefit to using this place, but I would never willingly do business with them again.

Excellent purchasing experience with Battison - very pleased. The process was 100% painless - enough that I drove 3 1/2 hours to OKC from the Dallas area.... Shane, Shelby and Corbin were all extremely helpful. I won't share the pricing, but I will say that the agreed-upon price was extremely competitive and fair to me and Battison. Dustin in finance was easy to work with - no high-pressure upselling of extras (sorry, Dustin, I still do not want the extended warranty). :-) I would - and HAVE - recommended Shane and the team to my friends and co-workers.

Buying was easy and great ! However ; having service has been a « nightmare « ! Already had a « recall », had to wait over 3 hours for service ! No,... loaners????? Now have a free leather treatment due, told no guarantees ???? They break their back to sell, however ; good luck after !!!
Battison Honda in OKC sold us a used Honda Odyssey under false pretenses. It had been in THREE wrecks of which TWO of the airbags had deployed. It's on... the car fax and we found this out when we went to trade at another dealer. We let Battison know and they emailed asking us to come in so that they could "try to make it right." This turned out to just be a ploy to get us to come buy another vehicle that they could stack the $8k of negative equity on top. The manager was incredibly degrading and patronizing toward us and I left in tears. Please beware of this dealer.
Sadly I am writing a negitive review. First, let's start with the Sale. I arrived and Paul Myers was my salesman. He was great, however a second "salesman"... arrived and was extremely rude. I almost walked out until "Mo" General Sale Manager and I spoke. He promised that Battison stood behind great customer service. So, I stayed and finished the deal on a 2018 Chrysler 300. Well, after I bought the car and was driving home, I noticed while breaking the brakes had a noise and it felt like the brake pads were not catching. So, I informed Paul and Ryan (service guy) about the issue the next day. Techs looked over the vehicle and stated it was two tires that apparently were worn unevenly and they rotated the tires. Hoping this would stop the issue. IT did not however, I requested two new tires to see if the issue would stop and I was told that they would not honor the 30 day warranty, nor would they do anymore for the vehicle. Flash forward now, I took my car back Friday last week and they have had it for a week. I have attempted to speak with Jim (sale manager or lack of) and he hung up on me over the phone. Kevin (service manager) tried to handle the situation and I was told today that they were NOT going to do anything about the situation, nor replace the two tires. They do not stand by their "Great Customer Service" I was promised in the beginning. They will say anything to do a deal, then leave you out to dry. Sad really. You have one job, so you would rather lose a valuable customer who buys cars every two years, and have family members currently looking for vehicles, for the cost of two tires? Wow is all I have to say. I have also tried to speak with the General Manager, however he refuses to speak to me.
Zeflin communicated with us often and with ease throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions promptly. He was engaged but didn't make us... feel pressured. He went above and beyond and we highly recommend buying a car from Zeflin.

I was in a hurry to buy a car and explained my concerns. They were really responsive at first. But as soon as I signed a deal with them they did not even... have the courtesy to inform me that there will be a delay in car delivery. It is taking them forever to deliver the car. I'm still waiting for it. There is no coordination between employees specially between sales and service team. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOWROOM FOR ANY REASON!!!
