Don't shop here! They claim to sell quality used vehicles, but they just do a lot of lying to get you under contract. Initially, I thought they were great,... but the salesman led me to believe I was done signing, and that my husband had to just come finish up. We live 50 miles away, and when we returned, the guy tried to make us pay $1000 down more than we had agreed upon, and got mad at me when I refused. He even rolled his eyes. Additionally, I knew the brakes needed done, but assumed they would only sell a safe vehicle. When I did the brakes on the vehicle myself a couple of weeks later, I found that the pads were rusted so badly, the pad was actually separated from the backing completely. I sent pictures to the salesman and their response was, " bring us the car and we will do the brakes" obviously I already did the brakes?! Why would I drive 50 miles to get sub-par mechanics to do brakes I had already done? They implied that I was lying about it, although I still have the pads to prove it. All I wanted was reimbursement for the fact that I could have killed myself or someone else, and they didnt care at all. I would never return here if you paid me to do so. Typical xxxxty used car lot, only even worse.

So my husband works at the Sandy location we went in for a tire repair. We went looking at some cars. Spenser the salesman was very nice I had a question... about a SUV and it was sold already. Then my husband and I were talking about Kia optimas with Spenser and he listened to very concern that we had and are money limit as well he was very polite and was great with are 8 year who was bouncing around. I recently purchased a car here. I know the car buying process is long no matter where you go but this was ridiculous. They sold me a fancy insurance... plan which would include a year of maintinence for free. Then I looked at my contract and I paid $90 extra for the year of maintinence. They sneak fees in so be careful. The salesman was very nice but told me my credit would only be run once. I made it very clear I only wanted it run once. I got two inquiries on my credit one from the dealership, and one from the bank. I called the dealership and the female in the finance department was snarky and basically told me "sorry our salesman are telling people wrong things but I am not going to do anything about it". She had very poor customer service and treated me like an idiot. I would not shop here again. Trust me and go somewhere else.

I unfortunately bought a car here they don’t care about customer service. I was told I had 2 weeks to decide and when I came back after I purchased another... they said “I never said that” after that I wasn’t treated the same. I kept asking for updates and none were given to me. I’d come in and no one greeted or helped me after they basically knew who I was. Sucks when you want to purchase a car and come in super excited to just be treated poorly. Don’t give these people your money go elsewhere.
