    Ray was a great guy, very helpful, went out of his way to help and honest. Justin was on point and even helped with insurance referrals. Both great guys, other than the wait due to holiday sales(which I undestood) it was a great dealership and sales experience to get a Chevy to take to the levy!

    I went in at 7:00 am, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, to get an oil change. The tech came to me and told me I needed an engine air filter and that my RR tire pressure monitor sensor is not working, which I knew, as it has not worked in over twelve (12) months. I declined getting an engine air filter, because my husband can change it, at just the cost of the filter. I'm not worried about the tire monitor, as I can check my tire pressure myself. The next day, my check engine light was on and all of the tire pressure readings on the in-dash message board read '--'. I took my car into the dealership on Friday, March 3, 2017 to get the check engine light and the tire pressure readings checked. I was told that the tire pressure readings just needed to be 're-learned', which they already fixed, and that I needed a new O2 sensor. I declined the repair for the O2 sensor because the quote was $350+. My husband can fix it for the cost of the sensor and a few minutes of his time. The sensor costs $70-/+. The cost of labor is apx. $250-/+ is ridiculous. My husband and I picked up my vehicle. When I got in my car all of the tire pressure monitor sensors still read '--'. I told Jake, service advisor, he took my vehicle back to the service department. He came back two (2) minutes later and said that it's going to continue to do that until I get the RR tire monitor sensor replaced. This is not true, as it hasn't worked for twelve (12) months or more and the other three (3) readings were always reading. Also, the check engine light was no longer on...I wonder why. When I went to pay for the diagnostic, I was charged $145ish. I asked why so much, as I only authorized the diagnostic charge of $99.50. The cashier said because I got the tire pressure monitor reading fixed. I told her that I did not authorize any work. She spoke with Jake and I guess he told her to just charge for the diagnostic. I believe the quick lube people did something to my car to get it sent to the service department, just to get money. I had the worst experience there these past two (2) visits, in which I will not be returning either. I also will not be buying a vehicle from Henderson Chevrolet, due to this experience. My husband and I were looking into buying a new truck too. We will direct our business elsewhere.

    Friendly staff, quick vehicle turn in and turn around. Thanks for your quick work and expertise. As an improve I would say that, I forgot to mention that my vents are stuck on defrost and floor. Also the passenger temp wont change. This seems to me like the actuators might be bad. I would think that it would be caught during the diagnoses and fixed but wasn't. I'm not even sure if it is covered under warranty cause I cant afford to pay for a diagnostic check which I'm sure it wouldn't show up anyway cause there is no engine light on and it would have showed up when I initially dropped the car off the first time. So I guess If I were to say something needs to be added to a 10point checklist would be to check AC/Heater function. Helping the customer save money should be an option as well. Thank you for your time

    I made an appointment to have a hvac recall taken care of. Two days later I arrived at 7:30 for my 7:30 appointment. At about 10:00 I was told that a clamp needed was not in stock and I would have to wait until it could be gotten from another dealer in a hour. The work was completed at about 1:30 that afternoon. When a customer makes an appointment for a repair, someone in the service department should insure the parts needed are on hand. Not doing so is poor customer service.

    I sent an email via Cars.com saying I was interested in buying a used car. Two days later, no response, so I called the dealership and again expressed an interest in buying the same car. The woman checked and said it was still available and will have the sales manager call me. Two days later, no call, so I happened to be in the area and stopped by the dealership on a Monday night at 7 pm. Lots of sales people around, very few customers. I spoke to the receptionist and told her the above story and just want to know if the car is still available. She said that she would have the sales manager talk to me and that it would be a few minutes. She pointed out who the sales manager was. Well about ten minutes later I see the sales manager taking what appeared to be an offer to a couple. Well, I knew this could be a while. So I looked out in the parking lot myself to see if I could find the car, since no one else was interested in helping me. Finally after 20 minutes another salesman approached. He knew what car I was talking about and immediately searched the lot. He couldn't find it and checked the computer and said it looks like it was sold. Ok. So I left. But wait, it gets better. About a week later I see the same car for sale at the same dealership on their own website. So I sent an email stating I was interested in the car. Within an hour I get a response saying that the car is available. So I called the internet sales woman and told her the above story. So I asked her if it's really available. Did the buyer bring it back or was the inventory just not updated. She said she would check for the keys and get back to me. Two days later, I got an email saying that the car had been sold. It amazes me that in 2015 they have no way to tell what is in their inventory. This should be done with a couple strokes of the keyboard.

    We went in with an advertised price from cars.com, and the they jacked up the price saying we didn't Qualify for any of the rebates they already added in this price (even though it says nothing about it on the website.) they also lowballed our trade in. We have excellent credit and really felt like we were being tricked. Sales man was really nice but couldn't anything about price. We will be taking our business somewhere else.

    I bought a car over the phone and I thought it was getting a good deal.then two days before I going to pick it up, they call me saying the can't sell it to me anymore unless I want to pay 2000 dollars more. I thought a deal was a deal! They ran my credit, took my payment information, and then denied me the car... If I had enough money for a lawsuit I definitely would. There is some very sketchy business going on there... I will never trust them.
