This was my first service on my 2019 RX H450. The Greeter was nice and showed me where the waiting room was. I waited there a short time before my service... writer came and introduced himself. He answered all my questions correctly and was polite. Your facility is clean. I appreciate the coffee and sweets. Very thoughtful of you.
I Couldn't believe it. The sales woman Susan Leong was amazing. She was very thoughtful and put me first. Unusual when you buy a car. The dealership had... a great demeanor not a high pressure place. It was a very nice experience. They didn't pressure me and gave me plenty of options instead of the old fashion haggling that we are all used too.

The best purchase experience ever. Rachel the best salesperson who is considerate and attentive to all my needs, Leo who explained everything in finance... and made the process seamless and faster than ever, and Bill the finance manager who made sure I was taken care of like a VIP guest. We love Lexus of Las Vegas, from Chris, the salesman to Vince Camino, the service adviser and everyone else in the service department. They are always... courteous and professional. These guys are great.
Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience, not with Lexus of Las Vegas. I was treated respectfully and professionally. I was able to negotiate a price... prior to visiting the show room and complete the sale in less than an hour and 30 minutes. Jon Tam was efficient and well prepared. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealer!
Had the whole 9 yards (50,000 mile service with wheel alignment) done on my 2012 Lexus RX350, including detailing. When I picked it up, it looked as though... it had never been driven, i.e., straight off the showroom floor beautiful! I've never had a mechanical problem with my Lexus, and have never had anything other than a stellar experience at Lexus of Las Vegas, particularly in their service dept.!
Leila and I are very happy with Lexus of Las Vegas. They treat you with respect and listen. Customer Service is a priority for them and Don Turner is... a master at it. He listens and delivers. We highly recommend Don Turner if your looking to buy or lease a car. Lexus is very fortunate to have General Manager, Lee Butler!!! My husband and I think he wrote the book on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
