    I just purchased a used 2017 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. I drove from Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania because they gave me the best deal. I was looking for the past month local in my area and it seemed like no dealership wanted to make a deal and sell a truck. So I emailed Ted Britt Chevrolet and inquired about the Tacoma they had for sale. Antonio was my salesman and he not only emailed me but called me as well. I explained to him what I wanted in a monthly payment and he got the Manager Dave on the phone. Short and sweet, we made a deal and I put a $500 hold on the truck. I just returned home from Virginia with my Tacoma and couldnt be more happier with my salesman and my buying experience. I would highly recommend salesman Antonio and this dealership. I had a GREAT buying experience! I could not be more pleased!

    Working with Mr.Hill was a pleasurable experience for the second time.He goes above & beyond to make sure your happy.We had leased a 2015 Suburban LTZ in December 2014 but before we had decided on the Suburban we had Mas running around getting vehicle after vehicle to get the right color combination that we wanted and we were actually looking at a Tahoe, but couldn't find the right color combination . So he suggested we look at the Suburban it was the right color combination that we wanted. We agreed to checkout the Suburban & ended up purchasing it. Since our lease was coming due we were checking out some other vehicles which again Mas was showing us vehicle after vehicle but ended up deciding to keep our Suburban because I love it & couldn't find anything that we liked as well. So Angel Gammons mentioned he could help us by buying the Suburban from Ted Britt Chevrolet instead of buying it from Ally the leasing company. And he did help by getting us a good rate & saving us from paying sales tax again.Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly & polite and wanted to help.Mr.Mas Hill is great to work with & we would recommend him & Ted Britt Chevrolet & Ted Britt Ford to our family & friends.Mr.Mas Hill is an asset to your company.

    I never worry about taking my car to get serviced here. I trust the techs and staff. They keep my car running longer and better. The staff is always generous. Lynette Edgar was very helpful and understanding at my last visit. I don???t mind waiting in the lobby either. Coffee, TV, and comfy seats. I???ve been coming here since I bought my car here and I plan on continuing to come here for service and probably buying my next vehicle here again.

    10 strikes for this business, just on the new car paperwork they sent me! 1. Refused to show the sticker. 2. Tried to make me pay for their business license. 3. Inflated the base price from advertised price, unnecessarily raising my tax burden. 4. Tried to force an arbitration agreement on me. (RUN!) 5. Tried to put the risk of getting taxes wrong on me. 6. Tried to get me to sign a mostly-blank power-of-attorney form. 7. Hit me with the "WE OWE" scam and blank form. 8. Violated the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, by trying to prevent aftermarket parts. 9. Ted-Brittt-4-Life agreement does not specify what 'timely' is, and demands that if vehicle is not brought to Britt for all work, the agreement is void. This also violates Mag-Moss. 10. Illegal repo statements -- like they can repo anytime -- that flout actual Virgina repo laws. The dealer dropped me like a hot potato when I confronted them with their illegal or unethical behavior. Epilogue: Contacted Britt after their "We sorry, call us!" below. They failed to respond.

    Traded in my 2017 Tacoma for a 2017 Colorado ZR2, and Ted Britt made it real easy - though that’s expected with a car dealership. Ted Britt sold me a “brand new” ZR2, at least I was told it was just delivered, with damage inside and out. I should have done a thorough inspection, but to be honest I didn’t expect a “brand new” truck to have scratches on the door panel, burn arks in the paint, attempts to “touch-up” chips and scratches, and that’s only what I’ve found so far. I was told before I drove off the lot the damaged door panel trim was going to be fixed, and that was two months ago - still not fixed. I discovered the exterior damage once I was home and decided to detail the car myself because it looked like Ted Britt just sprayed some tire shine on the wheels, which just splattered all over the truck. I immediately contacted the sales team, and after a week with no response I finally decided to schedule a service appointment. During the appointment the damages were discussed, and were agreed to be addressed under warranty. Only after another week of contacting the dealership to arrange the repairs I was told it would no longer be covered, and I should contact the sales manager for some kind of “compensation” - so I did, and of course I didn’t get a response. Almost a month passed and after going down to the dealership, waiting around for almost an hour and being tossed around to manager and manager to figure out the issue, I finally got Ted Britt to fulfill what they told me - repair the damages to a brand new truck they sold me. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership or Ted Britt, and this experience almost detours me from considering a Chevy in the future. My friend who was with me when I purchased the vehicle, and was looking at a vehicle himself, saw everything I had to deal with and has since decided to purchase a Subaru instead.

    Amazing customer service from jason the general manager who answer all my questions on the chevy bolt and to angel who followed up after the sale I purchased a 240 charger from there service department he followed up to let me know she shipped it to me I have 3 hours away i purchased many automobile ted britt Chevy treats you like family

    Three weeks ago, I learned that I needed major work on my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. I finally had had enough and decided to purchase a new/used vehicle. A friend, Ed Henry works in the Finance Department and suggested that I should purchase new and introduced me to the Chevy TRAX. Ed referred me to Anthony Saunders, sales rep and it was the best introduction ever. Mr. Saunders ' knowledge and patience made this experience a lot easier for me. There was no pressure and he was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I am now the proud owner of a black 2017 Chevy TRAX. I could not be happier with my selection or the dynamic duo of Anthony and Ed. You guys rock and I can't thank you enough for making this experience go as smooth as possible.     It's impossible to thank enough, what Mo, David, Rolando and the whole Ted Britt staff did for my sister and me. Mo and David particularly conquered our hearts. What they did, not many close friends do sometimes. They are extremely reliable, and honest people, they do everything for you to get the best car, for the best price. When we bought the car, Mo told me that I could call him and send him messages at any time. I did the test, and I texted him late at night, and he not only answered me, but also called me back to find out what I needed. The treatment with the client really is super VIP! Fantastic! I recommend 10000%!!!
