Went in for an oil change quick service, waiting area needs to be updated feels like your waiting in the shop for you vehicle.
The service I experience was very friendly, professional, and the wait time was fast.
My repair, was done above standard. Only problem is my car had ants all in the interior, also trunk. Either the area where my car was parked, is grass... area dirt. Or trash on the ground someone might be feeding feral dogs or cats.
I saw the truck online so I called. They put me through with Ernie and I told him what I wanted and what I could do. He said that he would give me a call... back. A few hours later he called back and we had a deal. These folks are top notch and were great to work with. They play no games, no fuss. I will be back the next time Im in the market for another vehicle.
Took my car for an steps installation and the car was dirtier than when they received. Then they charge a 50.00 dollars for supplies like towels and things... like that....
I didn't want to give it that.. first time at service for an oil change had my car literally all day! Then come to find out they entered the wrong mileage,... thanks to my mopar app informing me of a recall i checked since i knew is be returning to fix recall if i needed an oil change, they added 16234 extra miles! I called them they said it's a simple repair no problem so i let it go. Arrived to get alternator done they don't have time, this is my only transportation as they surely don't offer loaner vehicles like a majority of other dealerships so my car still isn't fixed. Had another oil change did they fix the mileage? NOPE! i have more than 27000 extra miles on my xxxx car! Called to get shuttle home so i can bring car for alternator and was politely told oh the shuttle stops at 5!! WHY OFFER SHUTTLE AND YOU'RE OPEN TILL 7? You do know people work, right? No sense of concern or anything. My car isn't driveable smh. I spent about $100 in one day to get to and from work. This is truly truly sad. Never will i shop again...never!
Buyer Beware, Good experience buying the vehicle, good price, looked good. Terrible issues had immediately after purchasing used vehicle. Presented to... the dealer and immediately was informed that I should have bought their extended warranty. Independent mechanics confirmed long standing issue with vehicle that was very possibly covered up. Managers took 7 days to respond to request for assistance in dealing with the issues. Dealer declined to provide any assistance as they were worried that that would 'set a precedent for anybody to ask for help'... Anyways if this helps deter you from doing business with Courtesy Chrysler in any way than it was worth the time it took to write this. Will be a 5k mistake for me, but live and learn. Thanks for reading!
If you're skeptical about dealerships, concerned about surprising issues, or don't know where to start.. Gemar is the salesperson you want! We just purchased... our 3rd vehicle and Gemar helped us with all 3. We didn't have to sit in the dealership over an hour, the finance process was simple, and Gemar didn't rush us into a deal. He thoroughly explained our options, checked for understanding, and kept in touch after each purchase. Gemar is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to help. If he can't help, he'll tell you upfront, but will find option for you or someone who can help.
I wouldn't give the dealership a one star. First, I purchased a new 2017 Dodge Journey from this dealership. When I drove off the lot my check engine light... came on . Took it back to the dealership the next day they stated that my gas cap was loose and reset the light. It happen again took it to this dealership again and they weren't able to fix it due to being behind on fixing their other cars. They told me to bring it back in a week and they will have to keep it for a couple of days. I explain to them that it is my only transportation . I have yet to get it fix due to I have no other car to get another, but I did find out from another dodge dealer that it is not my gas cap as stated before. It is a small gas leak in the tank which was the problem all along. They stated that they couldn't assist me with another car for work. My purchasing from them was bad and I will never purchase another car from them and advised no one else to. When purchasing my car I was told the Journey have $6800 rebate which will help with negative equity on the car I was in. That's no true they took the 6800 towards the negative equity and up the total price of the car, which add the negative equity back into the contract. Please beware and do not trust these people . I know have a 2017 dodge journey that worth 10,000 and owe 32,000 they are not caring about making a forever customer. They just wasn't to make a sell for right then. Would recommend anyone to this dealership.
We bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and was happy with Curtis. Also, Curtis didn't know how to show us to take the top down, and the staff... said 1 guy really knew how, but he was off that day. After the deal, he forgot about us and was too busy doing other things. So we talked to Mike the sales manager and put us with Gemar, the internet sales manager. Gemar was great and got everything worked out, then everything went downhill from there. Our power windows and locks that they had installed has failed 3 times so far, and on top of that the truck was sold with bad tires. We asked the dealer to replace all 5 tires and they replaced 3. We told them we were worried about the windows not working again and we were blown off. Just got the truck back today 5/22/18 and the tire issue or whatever is still bad at highway speeds. The dealer won't return calls and the front desk operator is rude and unprofessional. Stay away at all cost. We've spent $30K on a new truck and I've had better service buying a $5K used car with high mileage. Gemar was the nice one, but at a different dealership he would fit better. The manager Mike didn't care and Scott has not called back after 4 messages. This is what you have to look forward to.
