    In at 730. Worked with Dasen who was an expert in service area. He diagnosed issues and proposed solutions that were very reasonable. Car was promised... at noon and it was done at 1055 am as I was waiting for it. Runs perfect and it was sparkly clean when they returned it! Service is world class.

    Recently bought a BMW at Beverly Hills BMW. We went through Jory Barnes. Jory is by far the best car sales person I have ever worked with. Over the... phone, Jory was able to work with me to get to the price I wanted and gave me his word that he would honor that price. Now when a car salesman "gives me his word" I always take that with a grain of salt because of prior experiences. But Jory was in fact, a man of his word! He made the process so simple and showed world-class professionalism. On a related side note, the finance manager, Charles Nchinda was a pleasure to work with as well. Not pushy and very professional. This was my first BMW and because of Jory, I know it will not be my last.
