I would not buy another car from this dealership.

I would not buy another car from this dealership. The salesperson (Chris McClain) lied to me and told me the car I was purchasing had two keys, when in fact, it did not. I hate being lied to by anyone, the least of all by a car salesperson. Since I trusted him, I went ahead and purchased the car only to find out after paying them, he had lied. When I asked him to make it right (after the purchase) he literally ignored me. I tried to call the manager (Chris Hong) but he ignored my calls as well. Stay away.

They never disappoint!

They never disappoint! Land Rover South Bay are always honest and give excellent customer service ! I towed my car in not knowing what was wrong and the problem was diagnosed and fix within 48 hours!! You guys are the best! Especially my service provider Steven! ☺️☺️☺️☺️keep Up the good work !

The staff especially Luis at so incredibly helpful and kind. They take care of all my needs and then some for my 2022 Jaguar F-Type. I couldn't be happier and more grateful to Luis and Land Rover South Bay. They have a customer for life!

Superior used vehicles for sale, superior service

I never thought I would find myself wishing I could give six stars to a car dealership, but I absolutely could not recommend this dealership more. First of all, being an AutoNation business, you can expect superior quality cars given superior care and priced to move fast. I looked at quite a few cars in the country and at this dealership and in the end was given an excellent appraisal on my 2021 Ford bronco trade-in (comparable to Carmax), as well as an incredible price for a preowned BMW that had one previous owner and was in excellent condition. Carmax appraisals are good but their prices cannot touch this dealership. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sabino, Eric and Solmaz (the finance gal) are high-quality humans who know their business and make buying a car as comfortable as possible. I will be getting my car serviced here because they have definitely earned my loyalty.

The service advisor was clear on what needed to be

The service advisor was clear on what needed to be provided. He guaranteed that the basic service would be conducted completely. I was going to Cerritos Jaguar for service until they were purchased by someone else. Their service declined.

Great sales experience…not so great delivery

My Dad and I purchased a used Jeep and Chris and Eric were great to work with. Unfortunately, there was a backorder on the part needed to fix an airbag recall so the vehicle needed to be delivered to my house. The vehicle arrived at my house with an EMPTY gas tank which was a little surprising when purchasing a vehicle from a Jaguar dealership (or any dealership)!
